They do great jobs on dog mutilation! I needed my super pit to look a little more badass and they happily chopped his tail off and half his ears. Now my baby boy can look as cool as he feels 😎.

Our Doberman had his ears cropped here, they are perfect. They did a great job his ears healed perfectly and they sent us home with antibiotics and pain meds.

California Dog and Cat Hospital/Vet is absolutely the BEST vet around! They are so caring and so loving with your fur babies, which is quite evident with the way they conduct their exams! I will never go to any other vet EVER! Their rates are extremely reasonable! My dogs actually get excited when we get out of the car to go inside... They love being able to walk around the waiting room and smell all the other animal scents from previous fur babies that have visited! Every time I have taken my fur babies to them they have been extremely thorough, asked a lot of questions about their daily care, feeding schedules, vaccinations, exposure to other animals, Etc. They are extremely thorough! I appreciate the fact that they will get you in at a moment's notice if you have a medical concern about your pet! I also appreciate their fair and reasonable rates, their willingness to work around my work schedule, and the general care and concern all of the vets and their employees show towards every animal that comes through the door, whether it's a purebred dog or cat or a stray.... They all get the same high quality level of care!

Dr. John is the kindest veterinarian I have ever met. His staff is just wonderful as well.

Yesterday I took my cat, Smokey, to Dr. John Kim's hospital in Stockton for her dental disease, and I am beyond thrilled with the care she received.

I lost my first cat to surgical anesthesia (in another country, in another life), but the trauma is still there. As a neurotic cat parent, I had many concerns and questions, but Dr. Kim and his entire staff were incredibly patient, humble, and attentive throughout the entire process.

Dr. Kim took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions with great care and expertise. He was so humble.

His knowledge and passion for his work were evident, and it immediately put me at ease. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that Smokey received the best possible care as she is extremely sensitive and allergic to the usual medicines and she also has mild renal impairment.

His entire staff was so friendly, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to providing top-notch care for all the patients. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported.

Smokey is doing so much better already. It's clear that Dr. Kim genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients and goes the extra mile to ensure their comfort and recovery.

Despite the long drive from the Bay Area to Stockton, I can confidently say that I will be making this hospital my go-to place for both my cats future consultations. The exceptional care and the trust I have in Dr. Kim and his team make it well worth the journey.

The guy who looked at my dog was super friendly and helpful. He was very thorough in my dog's checkup and very informative when relaying information to myself.

I moved back to Stockton a couple years ago, and so had to find a new vet for my dog. After trying another vet here in town which I didn't really care for, I'm glad I found this place. I think this is my dog's new Doc!

What a truly wonderful Vet office. They were able to help our dog Toby and he is feeling much better. I feel we received excellent care.

Excellent service when treating Gracie Meow Meow during her recent bout with conjunctivitis. She was seen and diagnosed promptly, and proper social distancing measures were taken. A+!

Family run vet practice. The doctors are 2 sweet men that are father and son. The doctors are super helpful, truly care about animals, and don't price gouge. I trust these doctors with my fur babies for life.

I really love it here and so do our dogs we rescued back in April. Our doctor is kind, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. I was going to vets where I live over on the side of town where March Lane is and even on Hammer with our previous fur child whom I felt that the places elsewhere cared more about money than the dog.

This place cares about your furry family and it shows. Prices are fair.

I have 8 cats and 1 dog. I recently took 4 of my cats for their 's annual checkup. I had lots of questions. And the vet. Dr. Kim is very compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, and nice. And there is a receptionist with a soft voice. Thank you for your professionalism.

The staff are very nice and MD is very knowledgeable and treats all pets with much care. The place is busy and affordable. Highly recommend.

Been going here a couple years now and they are a very nice and affordable clinic. The doctor goes the extra mile to provide the help and support needed for your animals.
Recently boarded my dogs with them with short notice because we were in a bind and the Doctor was able to accommodate us. Very grateful for them.

One of the ladies who works there had helped 3 little kittens get a forever home at another animal shelter that was could take them and get homes for them. And today July 13th, all 3 of them are in a new forever home.😊 Thank you.
