I have used this company for many years now and just love them. The carpets come out so wonderfully clean and they are professional and just very good at maintaining a really good, responsive business. Because my house is a rental I install new carpet frequently and usually install a mid to low level carpet because of the frequent replacement, but in between nothing beats Chem-dry because the carpets come out like brand new.

5 Cities Chem Dry has been and will always be the only carpet cleaners we will ever use. They have been cleaning our carpets for over 30 yrs and do an outstanding job each and every time. They stand by their work and when we have any kind of small mess, like a very large glass of spilled milk on the carpet, they have shown up and cleaned the mess for free. We love Dan, Jan and Lynn; they have taught us so much about our carpets and how to care for them. They are the best.

Chem Dry was fabulous to work with. I will never go back to steam cleaning again. Their method is nontoxic and quiet. Loved not having a carpet cleaning truck in my driveway for hours with a loud engine running. The carpets look great and they dried in 2 to 3 hours as compared to two days. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and explained the process. I highly recommend this business.

Customer service was super responsive and the staff were very nice, professional and quick! Cleaned our fox suede couches and they look and smell brand new! Drying period was also pretty quick. Cleaned at 11 and by next morning dry! Way faster than normal. Also polished up the leather on my Eames Chair! Leather is Super black now and no grunge. Will be a returning customer for sure!
