Top not notch medical help. I’m am always impressed with their knowledge.
My only complaint is the country music played when Dr. Lebrecque is not there.

I have had a wonderful experience with DermaSpaMed and their professional staff. I have been dealing with psoriasis since the early seventies, my from my first visit to DermaSpaMed I felt I was in competent hands and I am psoriasis free and enormously grateful.

Saw the physicians assistant, she was great and explained everything thoroughly. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Clean and kept facility. Easy process for a new patient.

Had to wait 25 minutes both time, and the playlist at their facility is so cringey it honestly makes the experience so much worse lol

Cheryl Miles was very pleasant to work with. She was very informative and pleasant to be around....however, the receptionist Fernando is rude, condescending, snotty, immature, and extremely unprofessional. When I dared to ask why other patients, that arrived after me, were being called in before me when I had already waited 35 minutes for my appointment he just told me they were early for their appointments. When I informed him that their appointment was at 11:30 and mine was at 11:00 and I also was early, he just audibly giggled at me and said “I don’t know what to tell you”. When I asked why he was being rude and laughing at me he lied and then said “I didn’t laugh” with a sarcastic tone (and I’m sure a snarky grin under his mask). As I was leaving he continued to be rude to me and then messed up my follow up appointment 3 times before I could leave the building. I was going to complain to his supervisor but instead just decided to let it go because he was probably just having a bad day, like many of us do sometimes. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from my insurance a week later informing me that DermaSpa had decided to release me as a patient and refused to treat me further. This man, Fernando, lied again and told his supervisors that I used foul and inappropriate language with him. Unbelievable!! Some people really have no morals or class. Never been treated so horribly in my life.

My husband went in to get a mole checked out and they told us if we didn’t hear anything in 2 weeks he was good. 3 weeks later and we get a call telling us it’s cancerous and they need to remove more. No more info than that. My husband questioned the timeline they provided and we got a “oh we’re behind”. You would think they would prioritize checking something like skin cancer.

Went in with my husband to help support and to ask questions I have of the situation and they told me I can’t be in there since I don’t have an appointment. I understand COVID is an issue but I’m wearing a mask, NO ONE except the receptionist is in the building and my husband has skin cancer. They didn’t even seem sympathetic about it. So now I am waiting in a car scared to death while my husband deals with this by himself who is also scared to death.

Had an appointment to assess some moles. I was told I had some problem moles that need to be taken off. Took a week for insurance to okay the cost of the procedure and I get a procedure date for a month out. A month later on the morning of the procedure DermaSpa calls me and says they have to reschedule my appointment and give me another month out. Here I am worrying about some moles I am being told are problematic but they must not be that concerning because Derma spa is in no rush to remove them.
