I’ve been getting massages from Tawnya for about 4 years off and on. Not only is she a beautiful soul but she knows the body. This is not just a simple massage session with her. She can tell what areas of your body are stuck or knotted and she efficiently loosens it. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her and seeing for yourself. She doesn’t disappoint!

Tawnya is, without a doubt, the best massage therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been seeing her regularly for years now. I’ve had an active life and have dealt with a number of musculoskeletal issues over time, so I visited many massage therapists over the years until I found Tawnya. She stands out in her ability to understand precisely what your body needs, and the discerning way in which she adjusts her approach to what will help best. For me, this results in wonderfully relaxed muscles, improved alignment in my spine and limbs, and almost no inflammation after massage. She is courteous, professional, and kind. I consider myself very lucky to be her client.

Tawnya is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She has a sixth sense while working over your body through massage. She is professional, she listens, and she responds to my concerns. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. I would recommend her to anyone and she is so lovely I wouldn’t hesitate to have her over for Christmas. ♥

I have been to several massage therapists for many years and in several different states. Tawyna is hands down the BEST therapist I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. I have seen her on a regular basis for 3 years now and she definitely has made a huge difference in my recovery and life in general. I have had back/hip/ SI joint issues for several years, and at one point could hardly walk, Tawyna has significantly improved not only the quality of my life but my pain as well. She is very knowledgable in the body, muscles, joints etc... and her hands work magic. My husband now sees her regularly as well and states how amazing he feels after a massage. She is very professional, listens to your concerns and needs and can find places on your body you didn't even know bothered you. :o) She is very affordable and will give you the BEST massage you have ever had, and with regular visits your life will improve so much more than you thought possible. Tawnya is amazing. Her hands listen to my body. I have been seeing her for over 2 years. She is very good at what she does. I feel a lot better when I leave her. I can get my pants on a lot easier. If I could give her 10 stars.

She is my go to if I want relief from muscle spasms and frozen fasciae. I discovered that active stretches works best for my muscles and Tawnya has a wealth of knowledge of what works from her personal experience and professional.

It’s always nice to be pain free without taking any medicines.

I began treating with Tawnya in early 2020 due to a motor vehicle accident. Although our treatment was interrupted due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it has done me more good than any of the other treatment I've been receiving. I've had other massage therapists in the past, and would recommend Tawnya head and shoulders over any of them.

Tawnya is the greatest! She takes time to understand your problem areas and really listens to my body. Her office is soothing and located conveniently in downtown Arlington. I 100% recommend her!

%100 best medical professional I’ve ever seen. I had a car accident that messed up my neck and back pretty bad and spent a good half year trying different things and I can say this was the only thing that really made a difference for me. Every visit was real progress toward healing and now I follow up because it keeps my health in check, and is honestly very relaxing. Super well rounded friendly person, would recommend this woman to anyone looking for a solid massage. Convenient location as well

Tawnya knows where your body hurts by touch. She is amazing. She knows where the important areas on my body are. I recommend her to anyone that needs relaxing or pain relief.
