I believe Michelle is a very wise capable person that knows what's best for me. She also has a good receptionist working for her when I arrive for my appointments. 15 years ago I switched to Farmers Insurance after a disappointing experience with my previous auto insurance company. One of my reasons for switching was to have a live representative that I can understand & talk to in person. From the very beginning, Michelle McWhorter has been super helpful with choosing the right plan for me & my family, thoroughly explaining all the coverages and giving practical advice. I don’t know if Farmers has the cheapest rates out there, but I’m willing to pay a little extra to have good help when I need it.

Michelle is a wonderful insurance agent. I wholeheartedly recommend to her. She is especially skillful at helping out of state parents navigate California insurance requirements for their Cal Poly students. We couldn't have figured it all out without her.

I have had only a couple claims over the years, but the company came through for me when needed ... a home claim and a car claim. They were fair. About 10 years ago, I relocated to the Central Coast. I remained with Farmers, however, changed agents. Michelle McWhorter is my agent. She has provided excellent help and advice with my insurance needs. I have all of my policies with Farmers. Perhaps I could get less expensive insurance with another company, but, I value the service I receive from Michelle and Farmers.
