Inn at the Cove

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inn at the Cove! Lovely room with a very comfortable bed, all the necessary amenities, and a beautiful view. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate in a pleasant breakfast area...so much nicer than having to get in the car to go to a restaurant. All areas of the hotel were very clean, bright, and inviting. The reception personnel were welcoming and helpful...much appreciated. There is a nice paved path along the coast down to the cove...but many, many steps if you want to get down to the beach. Free parking readily available. We are really looking forward to a return visit!

I had such a beautiful stay here! The front desk staff offered to let me view the available rooms I was debating between and I ended up in a perfect spot. Views were impeccable and I enjoyed the sounds of birds and waves crashing throughout the afternoon into the evening and morning. The beach is gorgeous and tranquil, while still encapsulating the power and glory of nature at its finest. My room was cover-up-a-crime-scene clean (sans bad vibes) and the bed was quite comfortable. Super current on all technology as well. Fabulous experience from the moment I parked to the moment I drove away.

Had an excellent stay. Rooms were VERY clean & beautiful! View is amazing & breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! All the food was fresh, hot & delicious! Martin & Daniel gave exceptional customer service!! Will definitely stay again!

This was a great little hotel with a very private beach. We had the ocean front room and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. It's much quieter as it's a ways from downtown so you'd probably want to drive in, but we didn't even go into Pismo beach and just walked to a local restaurant on this trip so it worked out well. Only issue was the beds were Full and not Queen so sharing a bed was a little tough. Otherwise we loved it and would stay over again.

Beautiful place. My return back was even better than the last visit. Anytime I'm in Pismo and need a place to stay I highly recommend Inn at the cove! Stunning views. Amazing staff. I love this place and always tell family and friends to go. I can't wait to make return for a longer stay. Also inn at the cove was kind enough to extend our check out for a longer Stay which made my last day even better. Thank you. I garrentee you will be satisfied with your stay. My recommendation is book a room with beach front to get the full experience.

My wife and I had a great time. The Location was beautiful, Views of the ocean from the room were awesome. We had breakfast at the gazebo overlooking the ocean. There are steps leading down to the beach from the bluff. They had swinging chairs that were so comfy, you could listen to the ocean and fall asleep in them. We usually stay in San Luis Obispo, but very glad we decided to stay here. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Our trip was perfection!!!! The staff onsite are awesome Cherish and Daniele Made our stay impeccable, with knowledge of the local area to anything we need during our stay. King suites overlooking the ocean are incredible. There was nothing that could of been better. Almost want to keep this place a secret so it doesn't get crowded all the time !!!!!

Absolutely amazing! This place is such a hidden gem. The rooms are stunning - very beachy and homey. Complimentary breakfast was great. And the service is unmatched!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was a very nice place to stay. Our room was very comfortable, roomy, and had wonderful views. Our room and the whole grounds were extremely clean. We really enjoyed the fire pits and the swinging outdoor chairs. The hospitality and knowledge of the area that the front office displayed was excellent, especially Danielle. It is in a quiet area but still close enough to restaurants and Pismo Beach itself. We will be back! I give it an 11/10!

This is a wonderful pet-friendly hotel with great views of the ocean! There are a lot of places to walk and relax on the grounds. There is also beach access. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the bed. It needed to be a little more supportive but with some softness.

My wife and I spent our anniversary night here. It exceeded our expectations. Fabulous view from our balcony. Comfortable bed. The room was nicely appointed. Staff were very friendly. Very clean grounds that walk down to the ocean with patios. Some have a fire pits. We will return.

Fantastic experience....again!! An absolutely beautiful, quaint, and relaxing place to chill!! Staff, service, and breakfast were all fantastic and there is no doubt that we'll be back!!

Really enjoyed our stay in an ocean view room. Looked at two other hotels first and happy we chose this one. Liked the small pool and hot tub. Enough space but could be a problem at busy times. Really scenic setting but only a few minutes drive to the centre of town. Breakfast could have been better but fairly standard.

This is the BEST getaway destination on the coast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends.

Our stay at the Inn at the Cove was so peaceful. Despite the heavy rain, there is a private cove/beach for guests. The inn is very personal with over 52 rooms, the staff was attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Great time at the Inn at the Cove! The location is perfect to explore Shell beach, Pismo, only 15-20 minutes to San Luis Obispo, and only 30-40 minutes to Paso Robles. It's also easy to explore up and down the PCH. Great base and the property itself is great! Fire pits, comfortable seating all around the hotel, and the views are unmatched. Amazing sunsets, wine hour from 4p-5p with free wine, and the service was impeccable. Clean, nice rooms with space, pool, hot tub, unsure you could ask for anything more especially at this price point. Danielle at the front desk was especially great!

A wonderful experience, from the views to the afternoon wine tasting! The enhanced breakfast was an unexpected treat! Tortillas, almond milk, and great coffee. And, of course, the service was exemplary!
