Monroe Family Dentistry

5/5 stars all day long!! Would give 10/5 stars possible. I came in a few weeks back on an emergency basis, and was treated immediately. I have had some ongoing issues that require further treatment and I will be going here for everything. The entire staff is patient, caring, and understanding. The hygienist, Ashley, is an awesome person and is very good at her job. She cleaned my teeth today (on a Saturday!!) and it was a great experience.

This was my first visit to the dentist in a long time. You see the shows and hear the stories of how bad it will be when you go. However, that’s nothing like Monroe Family Dentistry. Talk about a great experience. Everyone treated you nicely and you felt right at home. I am glad I found this place so I can get the proper care for my teeth on the right track. They are super friendly and amazing to you. Making the whole ordeal a lot easier to experience. Highly recommend going here if you need dental done right.

Completely outstanding work performed with exceptionally high standards for taking care of their patients.
“Dr.Ra” did an outstanding job taking care of coordinating my root canal with a specialist, then getting me in to perform two crowns the same day and a whole mouth deep gum cleaning the same day.
I requested that so I would miss minimal work. She made multiple calls to multiple locations and managed to find someone in-network that we could coordinate with.
The next day I feel so much better than I thought I would feel. The work performed was amazing.
Dr.Ra helped restore my confidence/trust in dentists as a whole.
I am very thankful for Monroe Family dentistry.

They made a Christmas Miracle
Friday night I broke my front tooth. Christmas weekend! I was up early on Saturday morning and went in as they opened. Bless their souls, they got me right in ( in between their super busy schedule ) and fixed me right up. Always friendly and so helpful. I've been a long time patient and will always be. Monroe family dentistry sets the bar high. Thank you again for the Christmas miracle.

I've been going here for years; Dr. Pratt is very kind and patient. Ashley, the dental hygienist, is one of the nicest people I've ever met! She made me feel very comfortable and was very informative; not to mention, just a very personable person. I highly reccomend Monroe Family Dentistry.

I’m new to the area so I was very nervous to try a new dentist but they are very professional and made me very comfortable while getting my wisdom teeth removed! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. ☺🤗

I went to get some cavities filled and Dr. Ra was absolutely the best dentist I have ever been too. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and quick.

Dr. Pratt, Ashley and Amy were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It is nice to find a dentist we can go to since moving to the Monroe area. Ashley was very gentle during my cleaning and Dr. Pratt used to live in my home state. I feel grateful to have found Dr. Pratt and his staff. Aloha!

I am the guardian of the patient seen. Hailey is scared of needles and dentists. This place made her feel safe and secure. She was very happy, and is excited to go back and get all her teeth fixed. Great place for children.

Dr. Pratt and the folks at Monroe Family Dentistry were so friendly and knowledgeable. A few days ago Dr. Pratt delivered my dentures and they fit perfectly! Thank you guys so much!!

As always Ashley did a great job of my cleaning and is always very informative and I feel I am very well taken care of. Doctor Pratt is so caring and provides excellent affordable care. All the office help is so friendly and efficient. I want Monroe Family Dentistry to be my forever team!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Pratt for since at least 2008. Sadly in 2021 I had to switch for the year due to insurance. Thankfully that changed! I am so glad to be back! It’s like being home. Not only is the staff friendly and compassionate, Dr. Pratt actually cares. He doesn’t try to up sell the newest trends. He offers most services in office, from root canals to extractions, saving both time and money. It may not be a fanciest office, but I’m my opinion it’s the best. I highly recommend Monroe Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone. ❤

Choosing MFD was the bet choice ever for our family! Such caring staff and they know you by name, which makes it even better. I love how they are more focused on the patient than making money. While I HATE going to the dentist, Monroe Family Dentistry makes it bit more tolerable. I would recommend them for all dental needs and the fact that they have accommodating hours is even better. Dr Pratt makes every effort to keep on time and get me in and out as quick as possible. The front office girls are amazing and always greet me with a smile and after the many visits there, they know my name when I walk in the door.

My husband and I were going to different dentists. He came home from an appointment there and said how friendly they were. Looking for another dentist, I called them to make an appointment. The front desk gals were very pleasant and accommodating. The DA Ashley is so friendly and incredibly informative. She knew what she needed to do to get the job done thoroughly and efficiently, while still having a very pleasant bedside manner. Dr. Pratt was the same way. I have to say in my 50+ years it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Thank you to the entire staff. I wish I would have made you my regular dentist office a long time ago!

My whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Dr Pratt and all of the staff at Monroe family dentistry were amazing. Dr Pratt has an amazing bedside manner and explains everything so that you understand exactly what is going on.I will highly recommend him to anybody that needs dentistry. I have become a patient for life!

I hate the dentist, and I mean hate. I went in at night, about 6 or 7 pm with really bad pain. They where able to get me in at 8 am the following morning for an extraction. Dr.Pratt was seriously the best. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it, he listened to all of my unreasonable concerns and was super fast. As soon as my brain could process it wasn’t pain, it was pressure I was fine. The assistant was awesome too, but I cannot remember her name. I am terrified of the dentist and I made an appointment with dr.Pratt to get started on the rest of the work I need. Thank you so much Monroe Family Dentistry for not only helping me when I needed it. But for also being super kind and understanding of the fear.
