Dr. Kim and his team are fantastic! From walking in the door, it has a "homey" feeling to it instead of the sterile, stark feeling that a lot of dental offices have. The waiting room is comfortable with fireplace and gorgeous wild life pictures throughout the office. Dr. Kim is amazing! He has a pleasant, gentle and uplifting personality while very professional, explaining everything thoroughly with pictures of your teeth to help you to understand better. His team are just as awesome, welcoming you as soon as you open the door. Jean, Ashe and Erika are super friendly, helpful and are excellent in what they do! Ashe is very knowledgeable about insurance and will break it down, explaining costs to you, while working with you.
Seriously, see Dr. Kim and his team! You'll be surprised how pleasant a dental appointment can be.

Dr Kim's office provides a warm and fighting environment. The covid restrictions he has in place reassures patients that they are safe. My dental hygienist, Laura always gives me a top notch cleaning and has wonderful communication skills. Dr Kim has always provided reliable service in emergency situations. I am grateful that he is my dentist and will happily continue his services.

Dr. Kim is awesome! He's the only dentist that actually listens to what you tell him. My husband has back issues and it hurts him when he's laying down on the chair. So, to make him comfortable, the cleanings are done with him sitting up. How refreshing!

I've been a patient at this dentist office since 2006 and even before Dr. Kim took it over. Great staff. The best. I've referred dozens because this is the place to go if you are new to the area or just need the best in the area. I had a root canal and felt NO PAIN whatsoever during and even days after.

Absolutely phenomenal group of people! Let me preface by saying,
I had never enjoyed going to the dentist before and was quite apprehensive about finding a new dentist after a horrible experience that years later, I'm still fixing..but that changed with Dr Kim's office.

Each & every member of the staff are amazing & genuinely personable.
They are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable communicative, caring and absolutely go above and beyond.
I truly enjoy watching how Dr. Kim is with his staff. He is patient, calm and kind. You can tell that he cares about what he's doing, the person he's talking to and not just about getting the job done. He guides them with a gentle manner that is both refreshing and comforting.
Many times I've seen him teaching his staff while reassuring them, building their confidence and treating them with compassion and grace.

The staff all work together great.
They're professional, funny, witty and feel like a genuine team that care about each other and their clients.
The office is always clean and bright with little touches of comfort & coziness.

You're never left wondering what's going on, they're attentive and even when I've had to wait ( which is seldom) they check in and keep me in the loop.
They give clear estimates on any work that needs to be done prior to it being done and clearly explain not only all the alternative options, but also what they're doing at the time of the procedure. No surprises, hidden fees or up selling things you don't need.

Dr Kim himself is hands down, the best Dr I've ever had do numbing. It's crazy how little you actually feel it! He checks in all through the procedure for comfort levels and has totally helped me get over any apprehensions I've had.
His work is amazing, there's so much less trauma in my mouth, even with some of the more complex things I've had done.
He listens to your body's cues and adapts as needed to cause less stress to you and your mouth.
I am so grateful to have found this diamond in the rough and to be on the way to restoring my mouth with the confidence of lasting dental work done by an amazing bunch of people that make you forget that you're actually at the dentist.

Great experience. Of all the dentists I've been to, this was the best teeth cleaning. Normally my bottom teeth are really sensitive to that grinder tool, but there was no discomfort at all.

I am not somebody to write a review after one visit to any establishment or business. I have been a patient of Donald Kim since January, and I have had multiple cleanings, and a handful of repaired fillings. I am now moving forward with aligners through their office and I have nothing but good things to say. I have always received outstanding patient care. When I first came in January I hadn’t had a cleaning in years. My first cleaning required some significant pain management that they were willing to provide. Since then my mouth and tolerance has improved and my last cleaning, no pain management was needed. I’ve never felt judged about my past failings in dental hygiene and maintenance. I appreciate how informative the hygienists are and the comfortable environment created by everyone working there. The front desk staff are always one step ahead of the game when it comes to verifying my benefits, etc. I am happy to say I have found a regular dentist office that I actually look forward to visit.

I've been going to Dr. Kim for over 8 years. When my insurance changed one year, I found out that my insurance would not allow me to go see Dr. Kim any more. I could not change my insurance back fast enough. Dr. Kim is very professional, super friendly as well as his entire staff. Five stars is not enough.

Dr Kim, is a very skilled Dentist, he uses all of the latest tools and technology in his office, and pairs that with his high level of attention to detail. He is also great at giving you options on care, and does not always choose the most expensive.
His staff, are all friendly, and accommodating, making you feel like a valued client.
