I text Dr. Kumi this morning after a sleepless night, not knowing what was going on. I rarely have dental issues, so I was not sure what to do. She promptly text me back, stating that she and her assistant could see me at 11:30. The office was closed, but they both graciously came in to care for me. Long and short of it after some testing….I needed an emergency root canal, and it was done on the spot. I cannot thank them enough for coming in on their day off to diagnose and care for me. The empathy and genuine kindness they treated me with was top notch. They walked me through each step, provided me with options, and proceeded with getting me feeling better! Thank you Dr. Kumi and your assistant as well for being so sweet today! It is so greatly appreciated!!!

I was overly anxious for wheelchair access and a brand new dentist. Making the appt was easy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. I had the gentlest cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr Kumi was so kind. And… look mom! No cavities!! Positive experience!!

The best customer service from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I have dental anxiety and the staff is more than accommodating always going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I also laugh every time I am there which is a bonus!

Dr. Kumi Ebihara and her staff are wonderful. I broke a tooth and was in the office 2 hours later. After an x-ray and discussion with Dr. Ebihara, l have a plan and an appointment to have a repair. Thank you!

Skytree Family Dental I had my 6 month cleaning & had 2 cavities that needed filling. The staff was polite and the dentist was through and informative. I recommend my friends & family to this office.

I greatly appreciate the short wait times I have experienced for all the years I have been getting my teeth cleaned at Crandall and now Skytree. The staff in the office must keep on top of things for that to happen. I have some special requests to accommodate needs that make life easier to live with arthritis. That has never been a problem. They are all very helpful and very accommodating. I hope to have my teeth taken care of at Skytree for as long as I have teeth. Thank you very much. Cheers,

I have been going to this dentist office for well over 10 years now. Since Dr Kumi has taken over she hasn’t missed a beat, in fact has taken the practice from great to incredible. The entire team is very warm and feels like family that goes out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. 5 out of 5 for my family!

First visit to Skytree Dental. It was very pleasantly furnished, staff and Dentist were professional and left me with a good feeling.

First every time you call they are super nice and friendly, when you get there front desk super nice and friendly the dentist assistant and the doctor super nice they all get a 10 😁😁

Not a fan of going to the dentist , kind of nails on a chalk board but this is the best, thorough and nicest dentist ever. I highly recommend.

Skytree Family Dentistry is OUTSTANDING! Monica and Audrey at reception / scheduling are friendly, helpful, understanding, proactive and detailed. They always ensure they have all information needed from insurance and about treatment plans.
Dr. Ebihara is amazing, extremely skilled and very very personable. I have had absolutely ZERO pain after any of the treatments (including a Root Canal) she has done an I cannot say that about any dentist I've gone to in the past several decades.
Her Dental Assistants are also amazing, keep me informed at all times of what's happening, make sure I'm comfortable at all times and are delightful people in every way.
