Monroe Plaza

First we went to the 1$store to find Thanksgiving table clothes cause everywhere else we went was sold out. But they had a bunch. Not happy with gh quality ones but it covers the tables and is festive. The ladies in the dollar store were very pleasant, attentive and friendly.
Next we went to the Bargain Place. Greetings as we came in, we found a couple things and definitely was worth the wait. K, I picked up a melon slicer which (would have) costed me $12-15.00. I got it for $2.50.
Then we went to my favorite place Starbucks. Little busy inside tonight, but quick service from register to picking up our drinks. Well worth it. My Toasted White Chocolate Mocha is blended perfectly, as well my husband got a peppermint white chocolate mocha. He said it tasted great. The batista ladies are always so nice. They even remembered my name. So off we go.

This is one of the bigger dollar trees and the layout is a bit disorganized but what I found interesting is the craft section just had the boxes of items on the shelves instead of actually displayed or hung on hooks. Kind of weird but also seemed to have alot more room to put stuff and who doesn't like variety. This is a dollar store that has everything the last three dollars stores have and stuff that the others don't. It's like a mega dollar store. Like the one in Marysville.

I find it a little overwhelming, when shoppers come in with and without kids, some people are so rude and disgusting they just makes such a mess and leave it laying on the floor or on a different shelf, I know the workers try really hard to keep up with, all the checkers I've ever had Heather been always so kind.

Dollar Tree is a diamond in the ruff!With inflation on the rise, Dollar tree is the best place for products that get used up. Soaps, baggies, balloons and seasonal decorations are great buys here! I am a regular at this budget helper!!

Can always find stuff there that I never had any plans to buy. It's a dollar store. There just never seems to be enough carts available. I have only had one issue with a worker there. I needed 16 balloons for a b-day party. I went in knowing which one's I needed. I checked all the balloons that were already done, and they had none that I needed. I went up to the lady and told her what I needed and she looked right at me and said, "you need to pick from what is already done". What???? I do not think so. I said NO and then she huffed over to her manager and said that I wanted balloons that were not filled up already. I think she thought she was in the right. The manager told her to get over there and fill up the ones I needed. I went about shopping while this was being done. I came back for my order, and out of 16, 6 had to be redone as she only filled them about 3/4th of the way. I will never apologize for the theme of the party and needing what I needed

This is a huge Dollar Tree. I have never been in one this big and I was amazed at how well maintained the store was. Let me honest most of these stores are just trashed. Not this one. Nice job guys!

Finally a Dollar Tree worth going into. I've been in retail for over 30 years and this was the cleanest, perfectly shocked and well maintained store. Who cares if even the staff was awful, which it wasn't, I am one happy customer and this Dollar Tree should be a role model. #DollarTree, take note! Good job guys!

Needed sun glasses, nothing left on the spinning rack. Asked cashier if there might be another place where there might be some. He remembered seeing 1 box of them in a brand new shipment. He found the box and even helped me pick out a pair that looked the best for me!

Handy little strip mall. Dollar Tree is a place I stop often for inexpensive classroom supplies. Also a nail salon where I get my eyebrows waxed. Ask for Melissa, she does a great job. Eventually a new Coastal store is opening there, plus there are a variety of places to grab a bite nearby.

I stopped at Starbucks and when I left my phone fell out of my pocket. When I came back to find it somebody had found it on the ground picked it up and returned it to me. I don't live in Monroe but it appears it is full of very good people.

The outlet store rocks always willing to help you out and everything is discounted

Monroe Plaza is kind of like the last one stop shop before heading into the wilderness that highway 2 takes you into. It has plenty of restaurants, fast food, shops, grocery stores and more. You may want to fill up on gas while you are here if you plan on driving further down highway 2 as it can get sparse at some point. A few notable locations that are around here are Safeway, Taco Time, McDonald's, Starbucks and Grocery Outlet.

Went to Hair Masters. Glad they are open. Excited to see the new Coastal store which should open soon. Parking lot has been repaved & marked.

Im not much to rave but i absolutely love this place, great teriyaki, great service, and very very sweet owners. If you're looking for the best of a mom and pop shop this is it.

I went to dominos pizza.its probably the best pizza in Monroe,unless there is a hidden gem I don't know about.it was yummy and the service there is really great with how busy they are!

I went to the Dollar Tree here. I found exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes I don't find what I want, but this time I found everything. This is a great store!
