The staff is amazing and welcoming. I wish I could have got the name of the person who assisted me in finding the perfect pair of shoes. The shopping experience was amazing and I can't wait to go back for more shoes in the future.

Fabulous staff and service. Landon, the salesman, took time to measure my sons foot and then pulled a half dozen pairs in his size so he could try different styles. Definitely went the extra mile and made shoe shopping a great experience!

I found the absolutely perfect pair of shoes for myself, my friend, and my mom but they did not have my mom's size (5 1/2). This was during Black Friday, things were hectic! Staff was very helpful and they looked up my mom's size, found them, and got the shoes ordered to be sent to my house even in all of the busyness! Issues have arrived already and are ready for Christmas! Thank you so much for all of your help guys My shoes are very comfortable (We both have a terrible time finding comfortable shoes).

I only buy New Balance. They are the best shoes for me. Store was clean and organized but it had lots of people in it.

Store was not crowded but I went in on a monday in the morning. Plenty of staff and a big wall of clearance items. I got some $70 dollar shoes for $40. Trying on shoes is allowed. Trying these shoes because a ward of nurses recommended them for long shifts and extended use.

Kind staff and customer service. Even though it is an Outlet, it is expensive. Could you consider decreasing the price?

My wife & I walked in the store 01/21/2017 early afternoon. We were immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady (didn't get her name) we described what we needed and she immediately made a couple of suggestions. We tried the items and they worked! Her service was exceptional. Thank you.

I’ve never thought it’s possible to buy New Balance for 27 dollars, but here it is. The staff is helpful. They not only try to sell you something, but also honestly answer whether it’s a good option or not. One of the best shops in the Premium Outlet

Always has the type of shoe I am looking for at a price I can agree with. Large selection wide variety. In and out fast. Overall excellent service and great place to go.

Got some great deals here. Quality runners at good prices. Found socks that fit my small feet.
