I was in a rearend auto accident April of 2018. I tried dealing with their insurance company on my own but quickly realized they were not dealing with me honestly. Jacob Gent, and Adler Giersch came highly recommended by a medical professional treating my injury. This was the worst time to be dealing with courts, insurance companies and their attorney’s. The case drug out for 5 years because of pandemic closures and everything going to Zoom meetings. Jacob was very responsive when I had concerns. My case was finally settled just before trial. As rough and difficult times can be when dealing with a legal case. Here at Alder Giersch they take this stress and worry away. Jacob and Jenny were great throughout handling my case and getting results. It took longer than expected but not the worst from what I’ve heard of others experiencing. Our son was ran over by a car and severely injured. This is not my first time having to use a personal injury lawyer and having Jacob on my side this time made for an extremely better outcome then I had with the other lawyer. In 2014 I sustained a broken arm and shattered wrist from the air bag deploying when another driver entered into my lane. My car had a broken frame and the insurance company told me they were going to repair the frame and give the car back to me. I did not think it would be safe to drive a car with a broken frame, i thought it should be totaled at that point. This is when I hired Jacob, he agreed with me and went right to work not backing down until the insurance company totaled my car and paid me for it. Jacob stuck with me for three years during my recovery and rehab. We just settled my case and Jacob was able to negotiate the max dollar amount that the at-fault insurance company policy allowed for. Thanks to Adler Giersch my family did not have to navigate the confusing process of our uninsured motorist policy. They were able to get the Insurance company to pay much more than they were willing to. My family got enough money to pay our very large medical bills and some compensation for our losses. In July of 2016 my wife and I were in a two car auto accident caused by the other driver. We both had medical treatments for neck and back pain. In a few months my wife healed up and was back to herself. I on the other hand had severe low back pain. At the time of the accident I was already dealing with low back pain due to a degenerative spinal condition. The accident caused new injury to my low back and a nightmare for my family.
We were referred to Jacob Gent by the Chiropractor the my wife had been seeing. We had so much anxiety because I lost my ability to work at the business that I was partnered in with my son. I was forced to retire from work. Jacob Gent was hired soon after the accident as we were overwhelmed by all of the things we had to deal with. In December of 2017 I had low back surgery which helped to relieve some of my symptoms. Even though I still suffer with low back pain, Jacob Gent was able to negotiate a settlement that is allowing me to continue seeking treatment.

This is my experience with Jacob Gent, and Jenny Lacobucci of the law offices of Adler Giersch.

In the year of 2016 i was in a car accident. I was on my way into work when my entire world changed. I was rear ended by a truck going 60 mph. Because of this i suffered a TBI ( traumatic brain injury ) It was a very confusing time for me and i needed a lot of help.

From the moment Jacob signed on with me after the wreck he and Jenny made sure that i felt safe and taken care of, Answering any and all of my questions no matter how many of them or how many times i would ask.

Jenny Lacobucci is Jacob Gents paralegal. As to be expected When dealing with an injury like mine the process can take time. Jenny Helped me to find peace of mind in the fact that any time i had a question regarding my case or doctor related questions she always had an answer for me, or would confer with Jacob to get me my answer swiftly. They provided me with the names of doctors and hospitals that were best equipped to help me with my injury.

When Jacob sign up to help me He gave me all the information and tools i would need to help myself.
