Love how this place honors the military discount. More stores should follow suit. The only reason I keep going back.

Although extremely busy, the manager appeared to have everyone working together. Good selection, good prices.

We came in to do a exchange, the line was beyond long, and the store very busy. The shoe section was packed with customers and there was quite a bit of boxes to go through. We were going to leave but then Alonso, an employee quickly provided assistance by locating a different size in the shoe for us. He then contacted Erica, the manager, to notify her of the exchange. She spoke to the cashiers to make them aware of her approval for the shoe swap. This lead to a hassle free exchange. While we waited in line, we watched as the manager, Erica, continued to direct employees to help customers and place them in areas where there was high traffic volume. She also assisted with register and helping guest shop as well. It was nice to see such a involved manger who was setting a hardworking example to what seemed to be new employees.

I went in for new shoes to wear to work and left with 6 pairs of new shoes and then another 6 pairs the next day for my cousin. The sales were amazing and the staff is friendly, Anthony (I think was his name) helped me get the correct sizes even running in the back to double check for me, he offered to hold my items at the register while I finished my shopping. When I went to checkout the guy at the register was very nice, he even remembered my name the next couple times I went in to shop. My only complaint (which isn’t even a huge deal) is that tribal members don’t get the tax exempt at your store, but I honestly don’t mind having to pay the sales tax.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us with the military QR code and took time to help us find some shoes. The gentleman at the door, he was hilarious.

All the stores have many options of products and very good discount percentage going on now. Despite the tax charge I’d still recommend this place.

I loved this outlet and was very happy there. I found a shoeing liked and there was nothing in the box so I asked a staff member and he helped me right away to find the shoe I was looking for. Great deals and even better shoes!!!

Great discounts on a number of fairly new merchandize. Nice large warehouse space not unlike a regular retail Adidas store.
