I just moved in, but I had a very good experience with the manager and her son. Process was super easy and overall great experience would recommend to others. Plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.
Nice and clean and maintained property.

Prices went up but the safety and the employees are worth it. It's always nice to know you have caring, compassionate people looking after your belongings and always there to help. I trust this place and the truck they have to help you on move in is an awesome benefit. They always have move in specials and easy transitions. I recently downgraded and trust me finding the help to do so was the worst part everything else was smooth. It's a mom and son team and they are always friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion.

Megan was super helpful and listened to what I was looking for. She was able to help me find a unit that was just perfect for what I needed. As for the location and facility, it's one of the nicest storage facilities I have seen and I have been looking for a while. If you need a storage unit this location should be on your list and Megan has been absolutely wonderful.

A very clean facility that we would highly recommend to anyone. Billing and payments handled efficiently online. Access codes to enter and exit. We felt safe and secure. A variety of sizes were possible it just depended on availability.

Personnel is quick and efficient, albeit, seeming a bit impatient. Assume this is due to the busyness of the work. Megan is extremely knowledgable and most willing to help, be it personally or on the phone.
Call backs are done in good time. I so appreciate the reminders re: payment due and issues w/my storage unit, both via email and by phone.
This facility is new and impeccably clean. Accessing units is easy, and there is a calm feeling of safety. The price is right, not unreasonably expensive, as most local facilities are. To be seen how/if this changes over time! Overall super rating for this one!

I made a reservation for a unit online and received a follow up call immediately after. Management was super friendly and the facility is nice and clean!

Mateo was great! Very helpful and helped us decide on which unit …answered all our questions. Unit and surroundings very clean, organized. Mateo made sure we could get in and out of gate, before leaving us:)

This location was always clean and extremely well kept. Management was amazing and extremely helpful. If you’re thinking of a place to store your items safely this is definitely the place to be. It beat everywhere else in prices as well as space!

Well located, clean and safe facility. Friendly, helpful staff. We had our furnishings and files in storage there for 4+ years. If we need storage again, we will go back to Butterfield Self Storage.

Staff at Butterfield Self Storage provides excellent professional service. Rented a 10 x 10 unit. The unit is very clean, door functions well, and access to the secured yard is easy. I would recommend this storage facility.

Very friendly, helpful. Stored contents for 8 months. Needed a second unit for one month to sort through everything for shipping and they were so helpful with getting us near the original unit.

Pretty seamless rental: called up and asked about available units. Met the office manager and walked to check out the unit. Filled out the paperwork (socially distanced). And that was it. Pretty happy overall.

This was the best storage unit I've used. It's brand new and squeaky clean. Prices are good and staff was very helpful. I highly recommend.
