Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Jose-Morgan Hill, an IHG Hotel

I would like to start off by saying that I really appreciated the front desk. Heather was working when we checked in, and she was very personal and helpful. It was very refreshing to have somebody like her to greet us and make us feel like we are valued. after a 9 + hour drive she made us feel like we made the right decision. They are very lucky to have somebody who understands the importance of there guests, guests serves. Thank you Heather. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Saved my butt when the California storms of 2022 were ongoing they had shut down the 101 going southbound couldn't make it home so had to book a hotel would stay here again for short term great for business travelers breakfast was awesome! lots of parking is available it's right off the 101 going northbound famous fast food joints near by within walking distance Walgreens, Safeway, shell and chevron all nearby highly recommend for emergency stays like mines!

This was my first time at this hotel and it was great. I have stayed at the hotel behind this Holiday Inn and would definitely recommend staying here instead. The room was nice, big and clean. Their breakfast is your typical continental.
Also after checking out, the staff was very accommodating with letting me work out of the business center for a few hours. If you are in need a comfy bed and and great hospitality look into the Holiday Inn SJ-Morgan Hill.

We have our company retreat at this location for the last 3 years! Conference room is quiet and plenty of space to accommodate our group of 20 employees. We were able to use center patio area to separate our group for our team building projects. They have two non gender bathrooms that are nice, clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend for your business gathering!

Was such a good experience from checking in. To checking out beautiful inside and rooms were.perfect

The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was excellent when we checked in and when needing towels and a blanket. When I called for more towels and an extra blanket for our room, it was delivered within 10 minutes. I loved how quiet the hotel was even though the room opened to the large courtyard inside. We all slept great! We only stayed one night but, we would come back!

Rooms are clean and large, beds are very comfy, the breakfast is consistently good (just like all Holiday Inns), the staff is nice, and the location is good with restaurants within walking distance. Definitely this is an older building that could use some updating though.

This has got to be the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool and spa are well kept up and are at a comfortable temperature. The room was very clean. Only problems i noticed is one of the remotes was not set up to control the tv so i had to get up and change the volume. Also, there was a truck that had the window broken. I'm not sure what that was about.

Overall a great experience

Although this hotel caters to business man and workers, us pleasure travelers loved it. Great free breakfast, happy hour appetizers most evenings, I think except for weekends. The rooms are clean and the staff is absolutely accommodating. You are always seeing someone clean, floors, walls, elevators, windows ... you name it.highly recommend this place if you have any reason to be in the area. Oh and they have an indoor pool!

We love this place. Its always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Last night we arrived right after there complimentary reception and the front desk gave us left overs, beer, and some wine. Morning breakfast is good offering eggs and potatoes and all the other usualls like toast and cereal. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are perfect for year around fun. The pool is actually heated not like other places that say its heated and are actually freezing. Nice place to get away and relax with the family.

For the most part our stay was very pleasant as the room was extremely clean, modern, and had all the right amenities. From a desk, refrigerator, soap shampoo and also makeup remover that added the special touches. It was close to both McDonald's and Jack in the Box. However there were some things that was uncomfortable like the very firm mattress and the noise in the middle of the night from Taco Bell and McDonald's. We were at the corner front room with a direct view of the fast food restaurants. Also they had breakfast in the morning which was pretty tasty but overly processed. The experience was completely satisfactory and the hotel is maintained.

I travel all across the country for work, I stay at 3, 4 and 5 STAR Hotels. And I am very particular about amenities, cleanliness, food and close access to the freeway, this hotel has it all. Full hot breakfast. They feature Coke products (a plus), it is very close to the 101. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The staff is uber nice (hugely important) and the facility has a warm and relaxed feel. This is the ONLY place I stay when traveling to the Bay Area. Its only 20 minutes from San Jose and there are plenty of restaurants close by. They have a fridge and microwave in the room and provide complimentary bottled waters. Great place to stay - already booked my next trip.

Not very noisy despite being so close to the freeway! The customer service is wonderful! We were consistently helped right away. The free breakfast had lots of options. Plus there is 24 hour free tea and coffee!

I just had to cancel a reservation and want to applaud the fantastic professional and courteous service of the desk clerk, Paula. I worked in the community relations field for many years, so I'm familiar with what customers expect. Paula left me with the impression that I was the most important customer she would/had provided for this day. If the rooms are as good as her service, they can't get any better!

The hotel is easy access off of the highway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a manager's reception the night we arrived with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Breakfast had a lot of options that my family enjoyed-pancakes, omelets, cereal (with soy milk option), and cinnamon rolls.

My room was spacious, really well maintained. Unfortunately due to covid full use of the facilities wasn't allowed but it's for the best. The covid breakfast have some variety. It's located walking distance to many fast food and regular restaurants so you can get a quick bite and get some rest.

I absolutely love this location. The layout is beautiful, with the rooms surrounding a brightly sky-light lit breakfast/lounge area. The pool and spa area is indoors but with a lot of wall windows and skylights, making for a beautiful winter swimming experience.

Beautifully done hotel! The rooms are clean and newer. Fridge, microwave and some goodies. Also had a keurig coffee maker with free cups! The continental breakfast was fresh and very nice. All in all a great place to stay
