Honestly had a great experience here at Storage Court. We were able to get the unit we had quickly and very easily online through their application process. Facility was secure and never had any safety concerns. Facility is clean and well maintained as well. Prices are also reasonable too. Their online portal for making payments was user friendly and made it simple to set up automatic payments which was really nice. Staff was friendly as well and we never had any issues when interacting with the team here. If we didn’t have to move across state we would probably be long term customers with them. I highly recommend the Storage Court to anyone needing a place to store their belongings for sure.

Great experience! I spoke with Denise on the phone before reserving a unit online. She was extremely friendly and easy to speak with. On location (Tye St. ) I had the pleasure of working with Fred . He is the kindest, most helpful gentleman I have ever met! Thank you Fred, keep up the amazing work! I'm greatful to be a new customer.

When my father in law passed away in 2017 we had to empty his house. Storage Court made getting a storage unit quick, seamless and affordable. Recently we downsized to a smaller unit and again they made it quick and easy. There was an issue with my proof of insurance and they were patient and worked with us until it was all straightened out.

I like this facility it's clean, quiet, heated and secure. the unit is perfect size and great competitive price. Thanks for keeping my valuables safe.

Storage Court in Monroe,Wa is the place you want to rent from. From the awesome staff to the super clean storage units you can’t go wrong. The prices are great as well. Easy access with carts to use to load your boxes on so you don’t have to carry from your car to the unit and they have supplies too.

This facility is clean, secure, and well run. We dropped in on April 21st in the afternoon and the front desk clerk was polite and friendly. I was visiting with my sister, who has a storage unit there, and I was very impressed. Everything is tidy and clean. Not a weed in sight! I highly recommend this storage facility.

Monroe storage court was great! They have wonderful customer service and my items felt very secure. They even have a moving truck they will let you use to move in which was greatly appreciated! I would use them again and again.

This facility is very well kept and very safe. The staff has been more than kind and accommodating to us while we were renting here and would easily rent again if the need presented itself. Management specifically is really easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend

A great storage company. Very friendly staff and a clean facility. Everything is on the ground level so no stairs or elevator which is awesome for heavy items.

I have been renting a few units for several years. When I was hit with a family emergency, Lisa was very helpful when I needed an additional unit. Anytime I am on the property, Lisa and the other staff always say hello. It really feels like they care. My mom saw how great I was treated and she is now renting a unit as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Max and the rest of the staff here have been great to work with! The whole process from beginning to end of renting, moving in, and moving out of the unit was a seamless straightforward process. I will definitely be using Storage Court in the future and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

Storage Court in Monroe has been a great experience for us for the past 9 years. We stored our RV there and because of the excellent security, never had a problem. The entire space is kept immaculately clean (perhaps I could talk them into coming over to take a look at my garage). The staff, Lisa and Bethany in particular, have always been very helpful in helping us resolve the few issues that came up. The other tenets were always friendly and pleasant to meet. We highly recommend Storage Court as a great place to store whatever needs storing.

I was in a pickle and needed a unit on the quick. Lisa and Bethany took care of everything and got me a unit the same day at an awesome price. Getting evicted in times like these in this area are no bueno. so it was a blessing that the staff here took care of me and helped me save in the process. It was nice to have a small win in all this. Nice facility. Seems pretty new and the units are clean. Just moved out after having a large unit there for a year and our stuff is all fine including some fancy furniture. No mold or weird smells or spiders or anything. Access is easy, location good, prices reasonable. Staff super friendly too. Will go back to them if I need another unit at any point.

Lisa is amazing at her job she made it so easy to get set up I had to move at the beginning of the pandemic which was stressful as is. I also felt very safe keeping my belongings here when I forgot my code lisa asked all the right questions to confirm it was me. If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely choose here.

I LOVE THEM! Ive actually rented from them a couple of times, they are truly the best. They are always up front and straight across the board with you! They've never bumped up fees, or added extra things, they understand and work with you with full understanding of people struggling and falling on hard times. My favorite thing is that they don't treat you like a customer or a wallet, they actually take the time to welcome you and get to know you by name and face and treat you like family. As long as you are open and honest with them, they will treat you the very best! I adore all the lovely ladies that work here and they've made my ease of transitions so simple, AND ITS ACTUALLY AFFORDABLE. Prime storage place. Will referr them to anyone and everyone!
