This shop is the GOLD standard and don't let anyone tell you different. And dont let his straightforward, it is what it is demeanor fool you - Jason is carrying on a legacy of excellence and earnest service at this shop. My wife and I were broken down, trying to get home to jersey. He took us in same day, worked from 11am to 10pm on our vehicle ON A FRIDAY, and another 5 hours of work the next day, SATURDAY of the memorial holiday weekend. Even offered to give us a place to shower and sleep. Gave me an educational experience, gave me advice. Shared about his town and his view on the world. It was beyond anything I could have asked for.. my wife and I absolutely love Jason. There can't be a mechanic within 400 miles with the level of specialization and experience that he has. And I know there isn't a mechanic with a heart like his for even further. This man is a treasure. And his dog Tucker is too when he hasn't gotten into a skunk 😄 this was one of the best experiences of my life - I don't mean experience with a business. I mean one of the most heartening experiences I've had in my life.

Jason was amazing to have fix my car. He helped get it done correctly and quickly so I could make it to my doctors appointment. He knows his stuff and doesn't over charge. Honest and helpful!

We had the best experience with Jesse and Verdi. We broke down while traveling and got towed in on short notice. They were proactive in immediately diagnosing the problem. They had the specialized tool required to fix the issue. They got our vehicle up on a lift and repaired within hours of arriving on a tow truck. They communicated everything to us each step of the way. Very friendly and pleasant to interact with. We felt so lucky and grateful to have landed at their shop. Highly recommended.

Shop saved us in a pinch! We had to get a tow in the midst of a long 3-day trek home. Worked quickly, was accommodating and very friendly.

Verdi is a really good tech., he knows his stuff. His prices are really very reasonable. I am a mechanic myself, and I take alot of stuff to United Automotive.

I didn’t give this guy my business but let me tell you…I have never talked to someone more rude over the phone in my entire life!!! I was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of Utah, I got a tow, and was looking for a place to get a part fixed quick and at closing time for most places. Which I get is an inconvenience, but I would’ve rather had a no than to be talked to the way this guy did. It was a lot of “Idk…maybe…we’ll see…stop calling me (when I was trying to get an update after talking to him the first time). Like I ONLY GET ONE TOW JUST TELL ME YES OR NO!!! His attitude made everything so much more stressful. Only giving 2 stars b/c I didn’t actually use his service.

On our trip the alternator in our Honda Pilot went out. We got a tow to this mechanic shop. The mechanic gave us a quote and told us it would take about two and a half hours and he would work on it in the morning. Morning came and he completely ghosted us, not answering our calls, not at the shop. My husband walked there from the hotel and he was no where to be found. Thankfully Big O' Tire came to our rescue and helped us get our car going so we could move it from his lot. In the end Big O' took great care of us, loaned us a car and got us back on the road earlier then we expected. In my opinion this mechanic shop is un reliable and not very friendly. Go somewhere else. It's terrible being stuck somewhere and putting your trust in a mechanic for them to just stop responding totally. Still haven't heard any response...
