I am extremely happy I chose Payless Storage. Its convenient and safe. Well lit at night too. The on-site management is always so friendly and accommodating.

Great Customer Service, and they always keep good watch over storages!

Straight forward pay n store

Good basic storage yard, level gravel. Good access.
Price is about average for the area....maybe a bit lower.
Security is occasionally an issue...some thefts, break ins, etc.
A great couple- Smitty & Wilma - manage this place.

Friendly management
On site managers that live in house on property. Rates reasonable . Just dont reserve online cuz you get a broker and they have wrong info. I reserved a unit and got a confermation number and move in date. Only to arrive to fi d that they did not have a unit in size i ordered. They only had a much smaller available. So definitely call the facility and dont trust what is online. I took the unit but need about triple the size. So now i have a few storage units. In rosa and cloverdale which i was planning on closing out the rosa one cuz gas and time is ridiculous but will have to wait i guess

I've been storing at this facility for about a year now. This place has always been 5 star in my eyes until recently. Bottom line is my unit leaked, and destroyed a mattress, and a box of unreplaceable family photos. When brought to the attention of the manager, there was no apology, or was I asked where, or how the water damaged occurred. I just got a copy of a contract waved my way, saying #23.... that's pretty much where is says there not responsible for water damage. Apparently a lot of the tenants have storage unit insurance? Didn't know there was such a thing.
Aside from my recent events.... The grounds, and units are clean, and the management lives on site. To me the units seem secure except for the fact that the gate is always open.
