Lake Stevens Mini Storage

The U-Haul service here is phenomenal! My only regret was not knowing about this place before we rented a storage unit elsewhere. We would have certainly gone with Lake Stevens Mini Storage. The facility was clean, and the customer service was exceptional. Moving was hard, but they made our return process so easy. Any future U-Haul, trailer, or storage needs, we will definitely be choosing them. Thanks guys, you’re great!

5 stars is not enough. The guys running it on drop off and pickup were exceptional, accomidating, polite, knowledgeable. Had the trailer brought from the back, hooked up, lights tested, safety checked while the other employee had the paperwork done and ready(Maybe 5 Minutes out and 1 minute to return. Recently had a terrible trailer rental experience with Tractor Supply Co. These guys were a breath of fresh air. Thanks guys!

Rented a car transport trailer. Online forms were super easy, pickup went great. They hooked everything up and did the safety checks. Drop off was quick and easy. Exactly what I needed. Would definitely rent from them again!

We reserved a trailer the night before and the paperwork said that we needed to get rhe trailer here at the lake Steven's location. Get there in the morning and they told me the reservation was in Everett. 30 minutes away. This plane is not the problem but u-haul website is. Be careful

The people who operate this establishment are just fabulous they were able to help me out on short notice and they may have saved the day because without them I would have been stuck and so would my wife thank you for the truck and trailer and I hope you guys have a fabulous year if you're in need of moving supplies a truck,a trailer to haul a car, or a tow dolly, whatever it is these are the people to call I will definitely call them again if I'm ever in the need for any of of the services they provide. The ability to store your stuff after you haul it right on site you can't beat it give them a call and I'm sure they'll treat you right.

Rented a Uhaul from this location and it was very cheap and in good shape. They were open great times on the weekend and the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would use again for sure.

Very quick and easy to get a storage unit rented. I rented online and then went in to sign the paperwork and it was no BS in and out.

Was given 3 keys which was a very nice surprise.

They kept my daughters stuff dry and safe for one and a half years. Just moved her stuff out. Yay!!
