I first met Rob back in 2010 (Garner Property Management).He was managing the condo property next door and our property was self managed (badly). I would hire the same services I saw being used in the neighboring property - as knew someone was being diligent in the hiring - and many of those contractors would tell me what a great property manager Rob was. So I hired him and it revolutionized how our condo was managed. All the residents were happy. Jobs got done - including the oversight and excellent management of our decks being rebuilt, walls replaced. It is an exceedingly rare scenario where you will find a property manager that can effectively communicate, effectively project manage, know how to scope a project and hire the right people and have good inter-personal relationship with all the homeowners. Having experienced other property managers and hearing from friends across other condo complexes I can say you won't be disappointed if Rob (and Brenda) are managing your condo..... :)

As a preferred vendor for several property managers within the PNW, we have access to a plethora of properties and visibly witness how each is managed. Rob Garner was the Property Manager for the condo I lived in. As President of the HOA, I suggested hiring him since I had seen his great skills prior. I was completely satisfied with the work he did for us.
