This grassy park has beautiful views of the sky Puget Sound. We stopped in the late afternoon to watch the sun set. There were lots of people, families, and dogs here.

You cannot directly see the sunset, however the sky is beautiful and there is a lot to see here! To the south is the Mukilteo ferry. Ahead is Whidbey, Hat and Camano Island. Overhead is a constant stream of air traffic that doesn't get too close and loud. Too the north is the port of Everett and Everett naval station. Below is a railroad where we saw a train passing about every 30 minutes. The trains are loud.

There are about 5-8 benches and a few small picnic tables around the grassy area. Some of the benches had a lot of bird poop on them.

Gorgeous place! We stumbled upon this park on a whim but we’re able to find a secret path that led down to the beach! It was absolutely gorgeous, definitely a go to spot to take your family
or that special someone to watch the sunset ❤ There’s also some benches to watch the gorgeous view.

This is one of my favorite parks to come to. The overview let's you watch boat activity and see the storms roll in while hanging out in your car or setting out a blanket on a warm summers day. Parking can sometimes fill up quickly but overall it's a peaceful quiet place to sit and enjoy nature.

It's my favorite park along the Puget Sound coast. It is accessible and has direct views of the sound. Ample of parking and play area makes it a perfect destination for families. Seating bench along the small trail. There are blackberry bushes all along the boundary of the park. It's one of the best sunset viewing places in the sound area, and one does not have to get out of the car to see the sunset. There are a lot of picnic tables and Porta potty. The grass is maintained and can be used to just lie down and have an evening snack. You'll see lot of kids playing and adults playing volleyball.

Lovely little park overlooking the sound. It has a nice gravel walking path looping the park, a few benches for sitting, and some trash cans for your convenience.

Great spot to enjoy your coffee, have a picnic, set up a volleyball net, take a hike down to the beach below and enjoy the views of the Puget Sound, Everett Waterfront, Jetty Island, Hat Island, and Mt Baker. Someone commented that there was views of Rainier and that's incorrect. It's Mt Baker, not Rainier. If you follow the trail to the trees, they are the perfect hammock trees so don't forget your hammock. You can follow a trail down to the beach on the north side of the park or you can also find a trail on the south side that takes you to the gravel road. Or you can just walk to the gravel road and take it all the way down. The Northside trail is pretty easy so I recommend going that route to get some shade. My phone died before I got to the beach so I will have to come back and get some more pics.

This is such a perfect little spot to sit, eat lunch, read a book, chill with the dogs, waste some time, stare into the sky, and contemplate life things.

Harbor View Park, Wa. Gorgeous Views, 24/7.; Views of marine base & Mt. Rainer, walking trails, picnic area & pet friendly too. Morning coffee moments with a beautiful view are the best. This is a gorgeous view, for this southerner that lives far from any water. I will be back!

Extraordinary views, leisurely picnic location, and a fantastic kite flying location. No kid amenities, and no way to access the beach without trespassing private property, so cross at your own risk if you’re trying to access the beach. Restrooms are portable-potties, which are kept at the bare minimum but nowhere near comfortable if you have to use it more than once.

I love this place. It’s always clean and usually not very crowded. There are about 3 picnic tables scattered about and benches available close to the parking lot. The views are absolutely gorgeous and parking is always easy. It’s not unusual to see people with blankets laid out taking naps or reading.

Absolutely beautiful with a huge field great for early morning runs with your dog you have to have it on the leash but if you get one of those extendable leashes there's usually nobody there and she won't even feel like she's on a leash and she can run around that field and it's a beautiful view Great Park

We came here after, Riley, our chocolate lab had, had his leg amputated because cancer had attacked it. We watched him grow stronger and heal this summer. Unfortunately, he passed away right before Christmas but this park will always remind me of him and that summer. Now we go for the sunsets and to hopefully catch a glimpse of some whales.

This park is small but open. People can easily space out on the grass, there's a few benches and picnic tables. You get to look out to the sound. It's such a beautiful sight, specially during sunsets. The dirt "trails" are narrow with a bit of ducking and inclines but it's peaceful. Oh and sometimes you get to see cute little bunnies!!

Absolutely beautiful park with an amazing view of the sound and Baker. Great Punic and we’ll maintained lawn and flowers. The bathrooms however are disgusting and a disgrace and poor handicap people should be outraged! Honey Bucket should be fired and removed!!

This evening had a lovely and lucky sunset. This is a great park with lot of diversity in spaces.
Everyone there was conscious of distancing. Most people wore or put on a mask when near anyone else... Felt safe.
