Called this dealership and spoke with the general manager, Gilbert Hernandez. Told him my daughter in law was wanting to finance a car. She had a 1,000 down and zero credit. He said what kind of car was she looking for. We talked he said he could finance her through a credit union with a thousand down and 269 a month. That's exactly what he did and also helped her get cheap auto insurance! The best service I've ever seen and I'm 64 and bought alot of cars in my life time ! Highly recommended!!!

Great experience! I am/was a first time car buyer and needed a reliable vehicle asap. No overwhelming pushy salesman. Simply great customer service. Very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Their years of experience made the transaction smooth and stress free. I expressed what I was looking for in a vehicle as well as my budget. Every need or want was met...and under budget!!! The vehicle I purchased has been the best decision I could have made. I had traveled many miles from the bay area to Fresno CA searching for the matching criteria with someone I could trust. I have quite the commute for work, and was terrified of purchasing a "lemon." I've owned my car for two weeks, with a mechanic looking through the vehicle. I have put almost 1,100 miles on the car already....NO ISSUES AT ALL!!!! NOTHING BUT THE BEST!!!! I wasn't getting approved through my bank, or other financial establishments were a fortune with the interest rates, let alone being approved for the amount I needed. I had excellent credit, and was able to get a rate 1st time car buyers (with no co-signer) can only dream of. To say the least, I have only good things to say. Patient, understanding, and genuine customer service...they stayed after hours...and went above and beyond to fight for me to get the best rates possible. OMG!!! This dealership was an incredible experience, i was treated with the up most respect, no pressure, all fair game and felt like i left with the best deal i could have ever walked out with. I met the owner Romey through a mutual friend about a year ago and I told him when I was ready to buy a car I'd come talk to him first. Well two weeks ago it was finally time and I called and spoke with Harvey. He was very professional and he got me into the car I wanted for the payment I was looking for and I got a great interest rate.

They have a good variety of vehicles and if they don't have what you want they can get it no problem. I took my car back today because of a small issue and they handled it with no problem. It was covered under warranty and they got it fixed in one day. I would definitely buy another car from them.
