They take forever to attend a person and they lied about my appointment

Made an emergency appointment through the call center, then when I showed up to the appointment they said I don’t have an appointment and they can’t fit me in.

I'm in extreme pain. It didnt make a different to them. They had me wait in my car instead of the waiting room. They canceled my appointment instead of putting the least amount of effort into getting a hold of me. Then was kindly willing to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks later. Without offering me any pain killers or even asking what my pain level was. I was shocked. I'm so angry with them.

they blatantly lied to me about my appointment. I asked if they could do something about my wisdom teeth, and whether or not they could take medi-cal. My mom got a call from them a few days later asking to confirm my appointment, which they called a braces consultation. I did not mention needing or wanting braces.

trashy office ladies. appointment was at 12 an it’s now 3:40 AND still waiting. horrible service

Service is ridiculous. They make you wait for no reason when they are just sitting there and do nothing. THEY JUST DON’T SERVICE YOU ! They do everything super slow VERY LOW EFFICIENCY ON THEIR JOB. will never come back again.

Extreme lack of concern for their customers. It's like a dentist in a Kafka story. If you go, keep your receipts. You are cattle to them. And whatever you do, do not pay them until after your appointment!!

Don’t go to western dental, you’re only paying for the name and also the patient care is extremely terrible, they’re nice at first but after the next few visits, they just throw you in a room and they get to you 1 hr later

I went for a tooth removal and this doctor it took her over 10 minutes to take out my tooth, my jaw hurt for over a month
