Very great trail,only take 2 hours to get top of the mountain, Amazing view.

Been coming here since I was little. There's an old door in the wall and neat little trails. You'll see rock climbers here and above is a really cool view but access has been blocked and you have to hike in.

The Index Town Wall is really multiple tall rock walls that are great for climbing and don't really have specific hiking trails. There are meandering trails that connect the walls and some rocky chutes you can climb up without technical equipment but this isn't the place for casual day hiking tourists. Enjoy at your own risk

This is such a nice parking area! We happened to accidentally find this gem and ended up hanging out here for a few hours on a hot day. There are a bunch of picnic spots to have your lunch. We walked along the river until we found a calm area and let our dogs dip their toes in. During the time we were here, it looked too dangerous to swim. The current was fast and you could see lots of sharp rocks. We noticed that people parked here and walked across the road to what must have been a climbing area. It was highly trafficked with people coming and going for climbing, but nobody was really by the river, so it felt like we had it all to ourselves.

Loved it, we could do it with kids, nice view.

I come here to park my walls. They really enjoy the scenery and have plenty to graze on.

It was a really fun little place off the beaten path tons of walking areas tons of things to do there's even river rafting and the river itself is beautiful very cold water it was definitely a fun camping trip there's even great climbing spots out there the

Watch for the homemade speed bumps coming in with no signs, seems like the locals want to be able to tell who's coming for their first time 😂
