I bought a house in TH in 2017 from Stephanie Simmonds the house was inspected and found no problems with roof 12000 no problems with garage 7000 no problems with paint 6000 and a lot of smaller stuff 3000 so 30000 dollars later I still have lots of repairs to do. I told her I seen to many things wrong with this house and she kept saying it was a wonderful buy,and could not find any thing better in my price range in Twain Harte.

Horrible service. Denied final walk through. Found home filthy with no Smoke Alarms. Management won't back up the buyers with even a return phone call with explanation. Realtor left town, so you are on your own.

Uncooperative. Disrespectful. Unhelpful.
