I don’t know how these guys have low rating. These are nice people. The owner was very friendly, fit me in without an appointment. Had coupon for full synthetic oil. He helped me with stink I couldn’t figure out what it was. Apparently it was a dead rodent they removed it for me. The guy who works in the shop was very sweet, picked me up from my place to shop.

These are my to go guys for next how many ever number of services. Thank you guys much love

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Jim Johnson’s Goodyear shop in Woodinville (and now Monroe) for many years for tires, repairs and oil changes. They have always been fair on pricing and honest. Since we live in Woodinville, we were sad when that shop closed, but it is worth it to us to drive to their shop in Monroe. We trust them and especially Jim. I will never forget one of my first encounters with Jim in the late 80’s when I had a squeaky fan belt on one of our cars. Jim replaced the fan belt but didn’t charge me a dime. He didn’t know me at the time, but did the work for free anyway. That day he earned my trust and our business.

Recently, I went here for the first time for an oil change. I asked them to check my bearings while doing the oil change. I needed bearings on both sides. They talked with me about the situation. They printed out a quote. I decided to have them done. I like how they do business and returned the following week for the bearing work. I ended up paying a little less than the quote. I will return here again.

Customer service is very good, they have coupons on the fredmeyer recipts and the best price for full synthetic oil changes

They did some work on our car and the work was done very well. Would take our vehicle there again. Staff was great to work with and very nice.

I recently made a purchase at this store they were fast and friendly and I was very satisfied with the service they provided I recommend them if you need tires or a oil change or any of the services they offer I found the tires I was looking for when others could not get them

This place is absolutely awesome. My locking lug nut broke off on my car and I had no way to remove it and was about to leave town. The guy with the long hair, 👍🏻 was able to remove them with a trick. He is truly the master😊 besides this predicament I was in, I would highly recommend goodyear for all services. Job well done, I will be safe should I get a flat tire. Thank you

Had a headlight go out the night before and since I drive in the dark a lot, I called Monroe Goodyear. They were available and got both lights changed quickly. Thank you so much!

Couldn't recommend this place enough, I've never had as good of an experience with ANY shop (including repair shops) as I've had here.
I bought tires from Jess last winter - I was in a pinch because they were very bald and I was sliding on ice as soon as the roads froze over. I wasn't well prepared financially to fork up a bunch of money for new tires. Luckily, Jess worked with me and found a set of excellent tires that weren't insanely priced. There was also a coupon for the tires apparently (that I was unaware of and didn't have) and she not only let me know about it, but applied the coupon even though I didn't have it. It felt like she really cared for my well-being.
Since then, I haven't gone anywhere else for any of my tire related work. I also started getting my maintenance and repair work done there since I had such a good experience and could tell everyone that worked there had strong integrity. Every time, they've gone above and beyond what was needed - explaining things clearly and directly while bringing me in to the shop to show me issues or concerns the tech had, tire rotations when I was unaware I needed them, and every time I forget my coupons they apply them without any question or me asking about them. I have also ALWAYS been in and out faster than the estimated times they have given me.
All in all, this shop clearly has a passion for serving their customers and developing trusting relationships that last. I have never felt safer bringing my car to a shop than I have here. If you ever need tires or repair, make sure you come here. You will be amazed by how smoothly the process goes and you'll never want to go to a different shop again! 6 stars if I could give it.

I took my excursion into Goodyear immediately after having it serviced by a different auto shop. Jessi and the team went above and beyond what should be expected! Not only did they get my truck working which the other shop could not they also took time to show me where the other shop double charge me for parts upwards of $600 (other shop gave me $600 cash back the next day!)

I am now a customer for life and won’t take another one of my vehicles anywhere else without coming here first! I am hard to please and don’t write reviews for anyone but decided to share my experience.

If you need honest work done and don’t know much about cars this is the place to go they will take care of you!

My husband and I were driving from the San Juan islands over to Leavenworth and our car started over-heating. We called Good year and they immediately suggested we bring the car in and they would take a look. They didn’t have the part we needed so they called around until we found a place that did. They filled the car up with coolant and wouldn’t accept payment, thanked us for being patient and for our time, and wished us a safe trip. It was the most pleasant experience and instead of waiting 8 hours for a truck and a replacement car, we were able to continue with our travel plans. Highly recommend this auto repair, phenomenal service and people! We wouldn’t have got to our destination without them and will be forever grateful for that!

Definitely the tire shop to go to in Monroe! They have excellent customer service, very reliable, and always willing to help out. I’ve gotten my tires changed here for the winter, a screw taken out (you hate when that happens), and a full on tire and wheel replacement which was a smooth fix.

We are getting ready for a move out of state and leaving on a 6 day road trip in two days and we’re in a serious time crunch trying to get everything done. This morning our alternator gave out and we barely made it into the parking lot at Good Year. These guys saved our whole timeline and fit us in right away. The vehicle is running smooth and we couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness of the people who run this place. Thank you so much!!

This place is great...timely, personable, reasonable prices, and honest. The BIG FOUR I look at in any business. I have taken multiple vehicles here multiple times and have always had the same experience. They tell you exactly what they can detect is wrong and give accurate estimates to the cost of the repair. I have never had to take a vehicle back for the same issue and if they see an issue that they were not asked to look at they told me about it. If there was a minor issue that does not affect safety or the general operation of the vehicle and it made more sense to repair at a later date they told me that too. I see other reviews complaining about diagnostic fees...the fee that is charged is reasonable and (no offense to those that say they never see them) are industry standard (they should be getting paid a reasonable amount to tell you what is wrong when they have no guarantee they will be the ones to fix it). Of all the times I have brought my vehicles in, there was only one time I can recall that I did not get it back within an hour of the promised time and there was a very good reason for that one time. There customer service is second to none. They take the time to listen to the customer both before they have the vehicle and after they are done. They will answer reasonable questions and, in general, are a bunch of great guys that know what they are doing and are good at it. Wade, Derrik, etc. keep up the good work.

I had a flat tire and was heading back home an hour and a half away. I stopped in here to see what they could do. Unfortunately my tires side wall was ready to burst and all 4 tires were shot. It was 30 minutes before closing so my options were limited. They were nice enough to put my spare tire on and get me on the road again at no charge. I was so thankful for their help! The guy at the front desk appeared to be new but was super nice, helpful, and seemed to be doing great. Everyone here was very nice!

Outstanding work , so nice to drive a vehicle I no longer have to worry about. They got us in right away , kept in touch , listened about our budget , and just did everything a person needing emergency service could hope for. I am impressed by the quality . Highly recommended !
