The manager, Jennifer was so sweet!! She went above and beyond for us with our return. Never had such great customer service at a store. Would absolutely suggest coming to this location if you're wanting to shop at forever 21.

I am the store manager of this Forever 21, as I took over at the start of 2019. I encourage everyone to come back to visit our store again.

Since January, my team has been working very hard to ensure excellent customer service, offer new fashion options at great prices, and keeping our store as clean as possible. Feel free to ask questions and try on the latest trends.

The cashier, I think she said her name was Ziggy, was amazing, something went wrong with the register, and she talked with us while the manager came over, she was great even though she said she was having a bad day. The manager, however, was extremely rude to the cashier. Other than that manager it was really good customer service

forever 21 has the most affordable price of all clothes there are shirts in here for $3 pairs of socks for $5 jackets for $20 it is insane how affordable is it is geared towards women but there are men's clothes as well they are all very affordable the quality is not the best but at this price you can just buy new clothes every couple of months and throw away or donate the old clothes it is a great store and it is fun to shopping because you don't feel buyer's remorse since everything was so affordable I recommend.

All of the staff was very kind and helpful. The store was kept up, clean and organized. I had fun shopping in this Forever 21.
