Best Customer service, got my car back in new condition

Mike and Kathy collected on my insurance for a damaged bumper and never did the work. Inspite of the fact they drove by my house several times a day for years. They wanted me to do some extras which would have cost me more than I had at the time. They collected the bumper from the at-fault person’s insurance company. Profited. Then never once called me to tell me they had extra time to do my damaged bumper. So they sell the business without informing me. Even though I was 1/4 mile from their shop. I realize I should have been more demanding now. But at the time I trying to not inconvenience Mike Rogers with a small job.I regret it now. Jerome the new owner is extremely rude about the entire thing. I’m contacting a dmv quality control office I’m contacting .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WILLING TO DO PROMISED REPAIRS.

Over priced and shoddy work takes your money and does not deliver in a timely manner would not will not recommend anybody to this place don't waste your time go some were else
