I came to this store a couple days ago, just killing time, and found a wallet I really liked to replace my 10 year old wallet that is falling apart. I didn't pull the trigger then, but came back today, and the wallet I wanted was gone! There was 2 the last time, but they must have been popular! I was on my way out and something told me to ask the cashier if they have wallets anywhere else, she said no, but said she would check in the back, if I could describe the wallet for her. She found one!!! I was very happy, and so very thankful for her taking those extra steps to help me out. I wish I could recall her name, as I'd like to thank her publicly, but I don't, sorry!!

Very helpful and friendly staff.
I've been coming to this store for years to purchase the work boots I need that meet all the safety requirements for my job.
Unfortunately the manufacturer discontinued the boot that I've been wearing for over a decade. The friendly staff directed me to a comparable replacement that I was able to try on and walk around the store for as long as I needed to see if they would suit my needs and comfort.

As soon as you walk in leather is in the air! Very friendly workers! They are always willing to help! The store was clean and organized. They have a HUGE selection of boots in all kinds of different styles! Love coming here!

Love this place. Lost my phone there the day before. They had it waiting for me the next day. The choices were great. Went in for some blue boots left with some black cherry. Love them.

Boot barn in Yuba City is by far the best place in the yuba sutter area to buy boots. They're a little expensive but definitely worth it. The store is filled with helpful employees more than willing to answer any of your questions their shelves have been fully stocked every time I've ever visited despite having a steady stream of happy customers flowing in and out all day every day. They're also the only place that has approved me for a credit card.
