I am so glad I have my RV back and it's completely fixed under warranty. I worked directly with Dallas Valencia, in warranty at ET RV. She was not only caring about my situation, but she was willing to listen and willing to help get us all taken care of. She would return calls and emails in a timely matter and was always very professional. I am thankful and will return to ET RV in the future.

Absolutely Beautiful New Dealership right off Hwy 99 in Yuba City, everybody is very nice, helpful with nobody following you around pestering you constantly.. read the great reviews of Service if that doesn't do it nothing will..honorable mention for the great Cafe open during lunch during the week 😀

My Husband and I have been contemplating buying a new trailer, just weren’t sure of what we would need in a trailer. We worked with a younger gentleman named Caleb and explained we weren’t sure even if we were ready. He completely understood and answered all of our questions and asked us questions, so he could help us find something that would fit us. We plan on pulling the trigger in the next month & I’m so excited! The showroom was absolutely beautiful, the amount of trailers were plentiful. I highly recommend ET Quality RV if you’re looking for a trailer.

The ET Quality RV company and the people are WONDERFUL in many ways and went above and beyond to make our purchase happen. We were shopping for a used trailer and visited ET Quality RV where Charles showed us what they had on the lot, answering questions and explaining details with knowledge of his inventory and no pressure. We were seriously interested in a Lance trailer and made an offer, he and the manager stayed late after closing on a Friday and we set arrangements to return a week later to finalize things and get the trailer home. Omar in the service department contacted us to make sure all the little issues we wanted addressed were taken care of and he coordinated the relocation to Reno (Calif and NV state laws apply, they have to bring it across states lines then transfer ownership). On the rainy day we returned to ET for the walk through inspection and orientation, they were prepared, thorough, patient, and friendly. Unfortunately on the way back to Reno, our truck broke. Omar was taking another route with our trailer and was half way to Reno. He had another employee drive from the shop to get us in GV and take one of us to where Omar was waiting at Hwy 20 and 80, so that we could get the transfer finalized in Nevada. The plan was to do all this at Boomtown and we take possession there. Without our truck available, Omar went ahead and delivered the trailer to our driveway, park it and secure it! This RV company cares about their customers and work hard to provide quality products and service like no other we have ever done business with. Thank you ET.

Sale staff (Robert House) was very polite and knowledgeable on all the different trailers we were interested in. No pressure, we were able to look around at our own pace. Robert was very efficient and was able to pull different option lists for all the different trailers with in minutes. Robert was able to tell us the finance options that were available. With all the great service we choose to purchase a quality trailer from ET Quality RV!

I had been having problems with my electric brakes on my Geo trailer. We have had the trailer since new. No problems. Somehow the brakes were not in sinc with my truck. Well they had Jose the mechanic come out to help me. He was friendly, patient, explained how to adjust the brakes , waited while I drove around the shop to make sure all was fine. He was very kind and helpful. Truly a professional! Thank You Jose. Richard Tuttle

I recently damaged my travel trailer and I selected their service center for repairs. Everything looks original and in great condition. Thank you ET.

I will update this after a major repair on my travel trailer. At this point I've purchased products and used their RV dump site. Easy to use and no need to pull out my hoses. They were ultra-helpful and I look forward to the re-sealing and repair of my roof to see their quality of work.
UPDATES: The price of the work was a bit higher than the initial quote, the quality appears to be high!
Had a bit of an emergency, days later, the tongue jack broke and wouldn't allow me to detach, they squeezed me in and we upgraded to an electric one! In and out in 30 mins.
They have been and continue to be our go to for the trailers we own, especially at their new upgraded location. NICELY DONE!

We purchased a trailer from Robert and traded a truck and trailer in the process. Robert made the experience one we won't regret because we got the trailer we wanted and was given a fair price on our trade in with little hassle. After the purchase we were given a "walk through" explaining almost all the features of the trailer and also we purchased an anti-sway hitch which they installed and showed us how to do it in the future. We would highly recommend Robert and the staff at ET Quality RV as on top of all the other things they did when we had to wait on them to finish the paperwork and it was time for lunch, they paid for our lunch. First class and professional people is our experience!!

My fiancée and I were very pleased with Robert House. He was straight forward, and kept us updated throughout our entire process. We had been looking for months and for lack of better words— been screwed over by multiple dealerships. We’re very glad we chose ET Quality and are beyond happy with the services they’ve provided. Melina (finance) was also a pleasure to work with. We pick up our trailer tomorrow and we’re so excited!!

This company truly needs a medal!! They took on my 1976 Mini Winnebago with a smile and complete confidence in repairing her roof. Now she's water tight, and without hesitation, they were willing to take on another big project with my little Buttercup.

It was a very happy experience! Robert the salesman was not pushy at all. We were free to walk around and check out the RVs with no pressure. We found the one we wanted. The whole experience was very good.

These guys are always so helpful and friendly. We have been shopping and browsing for months and will be buying in the next 24 months or so. We will definitely be going to ET first!! I really hope we can find our first RV there because I love these guys!

Very helpful, nice new location

If you are looking to buy an RV buy it from these guys. If you are looking to have your RV serviced go to these guys. Bought a Rockwood Signature Ultralite a couple months ago from ET. The sales people were helpful and didn't pressure me. I also knew what I wanted in advance which is helpful for any significant purchase. The sales process was easy. I picked up my RV from service today after "burning it in" for a month and I am very happy with their service. I gave them a list of 8 things I needed looked at and told them when I needed my RV back by and they looked at everything on the list and either fixed it or ordered parts and picked up my RV without problems. These guys are simply amazing. I am so far, so happy I bought my RV from them and super happy with the service. After reading reviews for other RV places like Camping World and others I am thrilled with my choice to go with ET Quality RV. They seem to care about their customers even after the sale which is very much appreciated.

I have been using ETR V for nearly 40 years.. In that time, comma I have had had just about every everything you can think of repaired on on my travel trailers. These guys do the very best work they can And stand by their work.

Very friendly. Great place to go if you just have questions or are in the market for an RV parts. I asked as they were closing if they could Stay late so I can get dome lights I've been looking everywhere for and no problem. Plus they had what I needed and ordered more. I highly recommend this place if you need RV parts.
