Fitness Plus

I am really impressed with the cleanliness and organization of Fitness Plus. This is not a social club, it's a gym for people wanting to workout without distractions. Get in, get out, get in shape!
As a former health club operator, I appreciate the old school approach to fitness.
Yes, you can find a cheaper fitness center to workout at...but you will quickly see the difference!
My recommendation is start here the first time.

Best gym in Central Valley. Left Fit Republic or what ever the name is now because poor customer service from owners.

My family and I have been working out at Fitness Plus for over a decade. Bryan and Corinne have been great mentors in and out of the gym and really care about developing you physically and mentally. The gym is always clean and they take the time to give you one on one training.

I've been a member of Fitness Plus for close to 20 years, and I have enjoyed it very much. The owner's, Brian and Corinne, are very helpful and available. My sports experience runs the range from elite professional athlete to out of shape, overweight middle aged man, and I find that Fitness Plus has the equipment and knowledge to help me no matter what phase I am in. I really enjoy the family atmosphere and friendliness of the other patrons. The gym has an easy going feel to it, yet I find that regardless of how I might be feeling, I usually manage to get in a complete intense workout.

My family and i have been members at fitness plus for over Two years and we all love it. I work out 5-6 times a week, the members and owners are friendly and the bathrooms are always clean. I get great workouts and if i have any questions the owners (Brian and Corrine) are always helpful and knowledgeable. My son is on the wrestling team and Brian puts them through elite level workouts Three times a week. As Coaches we have seen tremendous gaines in our wrestlers strength and stamina. The owners even let our team have a car wash fundraiser in their parking lot, so they could earn money for a national tournament. My wife and daughter participate in Corrines evening classes and both are impressed with Corrines professional yet kind demeanor. I've been to gyms throughout the country over the last Twenty years and i have to say this is the best gym i've ever been too. Thanks Fitness plus, for being a wonderful part of the Oakdale community and always treating us like family.

I love Fitness Plus! I am sixty-two years old. I had been sedentary and had poor eating habits for many years. I've been working out at Fitness Plus for about four months now and am feeling so much better. The treatment I have received from owners Bryan and Corinne Ching has been kind and encouraging. That coupled with the easy-going local atmosphere of the place has kept me motivated and coming back. Not huge and not small, the gym is well equipped and orderly with a great variety of isolation apparatuses, free weights and cardio-machines. A-1

I am also a former member of the Oakdale Gold's and I left for similiar reasons. I started at Fitness Plus in November of last year and am very pleased. Bryan and Corrine who are the owners are not only dedicated and hard working individuals, but they are both also very knowlegeable about fitness and I have learned a lot from them through the many classes available (at no additional charge) and also personal training that is offered. They are awesome folks. With that being said, being a member of Fitness Plus is a not only a great way to stay active and in shape, but it's also a great way to support a locally owned and operated business that gives back to the community that it is rooted in.

I left Gold's in Oakdale due to poor management practices and after checking those on FB I ultimately choose to move my family account over to Fitness Plus. Rick, a staff member, was very nice and helpful in showing us the facilities and reviewing the pricing plans (which are by far the best around); Over the past month I have been very pleased with the owners (Brian and Corinne) because they have been readily available to answer questions and work with my children (ages 9 through 17). Although this is a fairly small facility with modest equipment, it's never too busy to get in a good workout (1 to 2 hours) anytime of the day, and it has a much more pleasant atmosphere than any of the "big name" gyms I've belonged to in the past - it has what you'd expect from a small-town family-owned business.

I always have a good time while working out! Corrine makes it fun! She's knowledgeable and makes sure we are not only exercising, but are doing it SAFELY! THANK YOU Corrine and Fitness Plus.

I'm not new to the gym scene so I feel I have a great insight to offer. When you go to a typical gym, you get broken equipment, rude people that leave their crap everywhere and nothing is where it belongs, especially 45 lb plates. You get a bunch of sweaty dudes, checking out women and so involved in themselves they don't share equipment or move of the way. You also get the women....ok you know the type. This is NOT Fitness Plus. If you want to work on your body and turn off your mind, come here. If you want to be around positive people (owners and customers), come here. If you want to just be you with no outside pressure of how much you are benchpressing or who's watching you, PLEASE COME HERE! When you walk in the door, please remember that a new piece of equipment does not make your biceps any bigger. The equipment is not new but the movements in which muscle is built has not changed since human beings have been weight lifting. Regardless of the age of equipment, I have never seen an out-of-order sign on anything. They repair everything inmediately. With all aside, I can't think of a better value than the fitness classes offered here. If you are a member you do not pay for classes! You will be trained by one of two world class athletes that will help you and push you to the max! They will drive you and correct your form and make you the best you can be, under one stipulation of course, you must give it your best! I will be a lifetime member. It's an amazing place and I can't say enough about them and how grateful I am to have walked through their doors.

Best gym in Oakdale! The owners are the nicest people, and thier shared knowledge on fitness is unparalleled.

Love this place a lot! The owners are so nice and the gym is so clean an organized. My favorite place to workout!
