I was a little nervous at 1st to take my cars here because if the previous bad reviews BUT I've taken 2 cars here so far and the service has been TOP NOTCH! These guys are very friendly and nowhere knowledgeable. Super fast service too. Was able to get in and out during my lunch hour.

Love the techs here. Always in and out and with great customer service. Always happy to give feedback when you get what you pay for. Recommend 100%

Not as fast as advertised, but could have been short staffed the day I went. They were very friendly and professional. Didn't try to oversell me on things I knew I didn't need yet like jiffy lube always did. And when I had a problem with my car after I was there and thought maybe it was their fault since it was the last place I've been I called them and the manager herself rushed right out with her kit and helped me with my car even though it turned out it wasn't their fault at all very very nice and much appreciated. I'm a customer for life now.

Over 10 years of bringing our vehicle here and never have a problem. Great service. Speedy guys and very friendly. I'll always come back!

Change is hard for people I know this company was bought out and still has some of our old loved employees like Devon and Brian so not everything has switched we need to give them a chance like us they are human and make mistakes I had a amazing experience here and will continue to come I hope you don’t just take peoples word and actually experience the whole change yourself it’s worth wild also max is 7000 for full synthetic the 5000 they put is corporate recommendation u can easily ask them to put a different preference and they don’t make all the rules corporate does so don’t blame them for the new rules

I was made to feel that I was truly a valued customer, was never talked down to just because I am female and don't understand auto-mechanics. Everything was explained to my complete satisfaction and never any pressure to buy. Your crew seemed genuinely interested in talking with me and were so friendly...I truly appreciated that. I have been coming here for oil changes and other car/truck care items for at least 10 years, and my experience has ALWAYS been a great one.

Later found out he was the Manager. He was my hero today reviving the AC in an old Jeep. Most pleasant staff. Very helpful but Julian...he is a superstar. I am a new customer and this place I highly recommend.

I've been getting my oil change done here for many years! Only people and place I can trust to get job done and can drive away knowing my vehicles are well taken care of! As long as I'm in California this is where I'll go!No matter what! Great people great employee's and great service 10 stars all around!

I got the three part special done on my 2002 Mitsubishi lancer by Ryan jolly . First might I say the $80 service was well worth the money iv noticed an increase in mpg. Second Ryan was very honest I came in looking to get my power steering fluid changed he took one look at it and said it didn't need to be changed but gave me the option to do it anyways. So I just went with the three part clean . (fuel system clean). Ryan was very knowledgeable and when I come here I don't feel pressured into buying a service I don't want . only my second time here but I think I will be a lifelong customer.

Great customer service, fast, honest with me, no up selling unnecessary products, got me in and out when I needed the oil changed asap, great bunch of guys working there, will go back.

I really wish Sonora would have one of these. We love Valvoline oil in our vehicles and this Oakdale store gets you in and out quick even if there's a line it doesn't take that long The guy is on there are always great they're on it and they do a good job. I would totally recommend coming to this area if you like using Valvoline a full service oil changing station.

They do a good job. But when it comes to filters buy your own and install them yourself. You'll save a lot of money that way.
