I have never shopped in this location, but I came in to do an Amazon return. The parking was easy, and the store us in an easy to access location. The clerk at the Amazon return desk was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue getting my return page to open with the qr code, and the clerk was very patient. He helped me get the qr code and made the process easy.

Ashley and Emma were super patient, attentive and informative helping us with our daughter's Quince invitations, they came out super nice and professional. All of my invites loved them.

Amazing customer service I felt like I was at home. The cashier, lizzie was amazing, I never think about downloading store apps but she changed my mind and even got my download. Amazing 100/10 experience and such a clean and lovely store. I’ll definitely come back for my future projects.

TJ was awesome I recently hurt my leg and he came out and took my Amazon returns and was more than willing to grab some index cards for me with a smile bless Staples and TJ Hope you get him when you stop it

Called at 1:47pm 12/09/23 to ask about a 35 ft cat7 cable but the desired distance was unavailable but the "assumed" young lady on the phone was extremely excellent at going back and forth to check lengths and prices for me which is something that most don't do anymore for which I'm very grateful to see I forgot to get a name to place here but that's why I put the time frame in hopes the company will see this!

I had the pleasure of being helped by a lovely lady named Danielle I believe.... Danielle was awesome. My sister and I were going through a rough patch trying to get our dad's obituaries done. Danielle was authentic in expressing her condolences and understood that we are a little frazzled and had no idea how to proceed. She went above and beyond ALL THREE TIMES that we arrived. She remembered who we were and gave us the best care in such a trying time. I would stand on the rooftop and scream my gratitude to this young woman if I could. Danielle you are awesome and my family is forever grateful for all you did for us. All the prints look amazing. I appreciate you so much.

Hello! I just want to say that Chris who was working the printing station, needs a raise! He went above and beyond his work responsibilities and helped me today with a print I needed a certain size to fit in a frame as an anniversary gift. After spending all day with two toddlers going from store to store, I just couldn’t get the cut straight to fit the frame. Heavily embarrassed, I sucked up my pride and asked him for help. Not only was a breath of fresh air, he was helpful, cheery, and even fixed it twice so that the picture fit perfectly snug in the frame. These days you’re met with rude customer service and smirks or scoffs when you ask for help, but Chris was amazing! Thank you! I really appreciated your help, and my husband loved the gift. I hope everyone is as helpful and cheerful as you are, because the world would be a better place!

I was in this Staples yesterday morning and I honestly had a really great experience there. I was having an issue with the printer (not their fault, I was just having a morning) and the lady working by the printer area was so helpful and took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do. Also there was another employee out when I was looking at boxes for a package that was also really helpful in finding what I needed and answering questions. It might not seem like much, but I was just very pleased with the level of customer service and thought it needed to be said.

I gotta admit. They kinda made a mistake with me on getting my printing out on time. But then the acting manager jumped in and actually brought it to our worksite to drop off our printing. She took care of it. I was extremely grateful as we really needed some help. She went far and above to help out. Thank you.

I experienced the best customer service on my visit to the store. The young man who helped me with s printer cartridge was polite, professional, well spoken and went the extra mile to get me what I needed. It is rare these days to find this type of service. People who really care for the customer.

Great as usual. This is the only store in the area where I buy my computer and office supplies. Today was the first time I have visited the Yuba City Store in the morning. I arrived at 9:15 AM, only to find they had opened at 8:00AM. The parking was GREAT and I saw maybe 5 or 6 customers inside. As usual, the store personal were very professional.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by the young miss Emily . Fitted my business cards and made some corrections. I couldn’t be happier with my Staples business card “Experience!” She was also aware of my child being hyper and kept her profession at hand. Thank you miss Emily. Good workers are hard to find!

Cassie in the Print department was able to help us with some emergency flyers we needed for the Summer Stroll. ☀

Very helpful staff, helped unload 115# paper for shredding, young lady in charge of printing center took care of me but still kept her eye on other customers. They were greeted, told wait time, how to work machines, etc. Very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service only problem is the town it's in doesn't have USB 3.0 A to USB 3.0 A which is a pretty common cord that came out 15 years ago. Whole towns still rocking the 2.0. Staff is friendly and understanding though. (The entire yuba marysville area needs to get with the times.)

The lady working at the copy center went out of her way
to help. Casey? I think that was her name. My husband went there again to make more business cards, and the other clerk was awful and unhelpful. Guess good service depends on what clerks are there that day!
