Pinnell's Carpet One Floor & Home

I love the new carpet installed today in my little cabin by Pinnell's Carpet One Floor & Home in Sonora CA! I picked out the Paddock Place Tonal "Rumcake" selection and I couldn't be more satisfied , it is so cushy and soft! Their installers did such a beautiful job and were very nice to work with as well. We will be back and also will recommend to my friends & business clients!

Erik Henderson at Pinnell's Carpet One has been great to work with! He's knowledgeable, very personable and took his time explaining all of the different flooring options for me to consider and was super patient with the million questions I had. As soon as I complete a French drain project to mitigate flooding that happened during this past season's crazy weather, I'm looking forward to getting my new floor installed. Pinnell's has a great reputation for customer service and satisfaction guaranteed.

Louis & Mike arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently to install the new vinyl in our bathrooms. They communicated well, were very nice, and did a great job of clean up when they were done. The vinyl was installed well and looks great.

Matt was our sales person for both the carpets and the vinyl in the bathrooms. He was patient, knowledgeable and very willing to work around our crazy schedule.

We had to have on the of the operatories and staff bathrooms redone and Pinnell's was our first call. They came out to visit us with some samples and once we had picked a flooring material they quickly scheduled the install for us. Their employees Louis and Gilbert we very efficient, professional, and had excellent communication with our office manager. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves! From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend them, and we even decided to have the redo the carpeting throughout our whole office as we were so satisfied with the services we have received already.

On NOV 1, I had the pleasure of meeting two hard working guys. Both work for Pinnell’s flooring. Matthew did the installation of the vinyl floor in a bedroom and bathroom. He worked non stop and did a wonderful job. The bathroom needed some work done on the original floor where the toilet would go back on. That is where Vinnie came in. It took some work but he worked diligently and got it done right. Next day Matthew was able to finish the job. I am so pleased with the workmanship of both men. We had Pinnell’s in Sonora install a new luxury vinyl plank with a plank grain. The flooring is water, kid, and pet proof. Louis, Mike and Brandon did a great job. They removed all of the existing flooring, carefully moving the furniture as necessary. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they worked around the schedule of the tenant. This is the second time that we have purchased flooring from Sharon in the Sonora office and we have been very satisfied with the service that we have received. We would recommend Sharon and the installers, Louis, Mike and Brandon.

A huge shout out to Kevin for helping me select my new flooring and for a most awesome installation team (Michael/Josh/Butch)! I could not have asked for a better experience. We had Pinnell’s Carpet One of Sonora install carpet in two bedrooms and a living room and wood blinds in two bedrooms. They did a fantastic job, all aspects were very professional.

Originally, we had gone to Lowe’s for the carpet as they had promised free installation. We paid them to come out and measure and they never showed after repeated calls. Finally had to get my payment back and look elsewhere for it.

Pinnell’s had a great selection of carpets and blinds to choose from. We dealt with Matt Weiss as the Salesperson. He also came out to our home and did the measurements for all. He was the consummate professional at every turn. He emailed us a quote and the carpet was almost exactly the same cost as it would have been had I gone through Lowe’s.

Installation of the carpet went smoothly and on time as promised. The gentlemen were friendly, professional and respectful to us and our home.

The man who installed the blinds came on a separate date and on time, quick service.

I highly recommend this company for all your flooring and window covering needs.

I’m so happy with the hardwood installation and repair work Merlin and Jack did at our house today. They were the best! I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and care they took moving heavy appliances and reinstalling. Their work looks beautiful.

Pinnell’s went WAY out of their way to help us. We called yesterday afternoon asking for a rush service because my father-in-law is moving in with us tonight. They came in first thing this morning to install. Everything here was so last minute because my father-in-law just had a stroke. The carpet in the room he’s moving into had to be replaced because it was a mess. When I first called yesterday, Matt helped me over the phone then came over with stock floor samples and we got it all set up. The installers, Wyatt and Brian, were very friendly, helpful, and quick this morning. They finished everything in less than an hour! It looks great. I don’t know how to thank Pinnell’s and their staff enough for going out of their way to accommodate us last minute like this. This was huge for us. Excellent customer service. Thank you again!

Wyatt Clark did a great job installing new carpet to completer our water damage insurance claim. reconnected seam and patched carpet and made the seams invisible and made them look like new. Created a smooth transition from the hallway rug to the hall closet. He vacuumed and cleaned up after he was done. I am very satisfied with the results, and my experience with Pinnell's Carpet One. I would recommend Pinnell's to my friends.

Had Pinnell's Carpet One install luxury vinyl tile downstairs. Merlin was our installer. He did a fabulous job! Can hardly wait for carpet installation tomorrow!! Matt Weiss was wonderful as our sales/go-to guy!! Highly recommend Pinnell's!!

We absolutely could not be happier with our new flooring. Kevin, Merlin and Butch did an amazing job and far exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to getting our new carpet in our rooms installed next week . Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them !

The master bedroom and bath flooring looks amazing and professional! Kevin Canton and Anthony did an awesome job installing the floor and baseboards. Scott in the warehouse was extremely helpful scheduling the installation, even when we needed to change dates. We can’t wait for the second phase in 4 weeks for the living room. A+!

Two weeks ago, January 8-10, 2018, I had Pinnell's Carper One in Sonora install BOTH carpeting and sheet vinyl in my home. BOTH installations were done very well! Brett was my salesperson, Louis and Josh installed my sheet vinyl, and Sheldon and Jessie installed my carpeting. I would HIGHLY recommend Pinnell's Carpet One in Sonora as a consideration in anyone's next flooring replacement!!! :)

Merlin and Jimmy installed flooring in my kitchen and three bathrooms. They showed up right on time and worked all day. They were friendly and professional and did a fabulous job. The floors look wonderful and they did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for installing wood flooring. Thank you guys!!

Impressive selection of flooring choices at Pinnell’s Carpet One Flooring and Home. Jeff B. was helpful from beginning to end. We ended up with all new floors: wood flooring in family room/kitchen/hallway; tile floors in both bathrooms; and carpets in bedrooms/stairs/loft area. All installers were courteous, good at their craft, and cleaned up well when work was complete. Especially want to mention John Caffey, the wood floor installer. EXCELLENT at his craft and did everything with precision and perfection.
