Holiday Inn Express Oakdale, an IHG Hotel

My wife left her kindle book in our room after checkout. When we noticed it was missing we called the hotel. Dennese...think I spelled it right..was absolutely outstanding. She went to the room and found the book which had fallen behind the headboard. Fabulous service. If whoever reviews this has any questions, I'll happily endorse her. Many thanks.

Stayed a night in March 2024. Looks like the hotel was recently renovated. The rooms are clean and shiny. Breakfast was good. And it’s about 2 hours away from Yosemite valley.

This hotel was located in a great area. It was newly renovated. I would say that my stay was excellent. I enjoyed the comfort of nice staff for she was very nice for me with joking. The breakfast was great and I liked a microwave was in my room.

Yolanda who checked us in was very nice and made us feel welcomed, room was clean and bed was comfortable, love the shower and all the space in the room, breakfast was great too, so nice we didn’t want to leave…

Stayed here for a day and loved it. All renovated recently so you get all new and fresh wooden floors and updates bathrooms. Very well maintained, lots of parking and very close to most of the restaurants. The swimming pool was nice, very welcoming staff and wonderful service. Very attentive to details and answered every question we asked. Would definitely recommend..

The staff was great especially the front desk Yolanda goes above and beyond. She was totally professional and pleasant to talk to. Also the other shift Mickey was just as pleasant. What a great place to stay. I had one of my best hotel experiences. What a great place to stay excellent staff,clean rooms, and very relaxing. Oh and the food was great too.

Recently renovated, very clean, very friendly staff and superb breakfast- best one included in the price I jad in US. If you are going to Yosemite consider this and skip the substandard accommodation near the park.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean, has ev chargers though 2 of 4 were broken.

I had a wonderful room, and the people at the desk were so accommodating! I stayed for 10 days, and the breakfast was consistently good. the coffee was around almost all day, and it was very good too. They had flavored creamer, so I didn't need to add sugar. They even had cinnamon rolls, which I stayed as far away from as I could. LOL they had a cute pancake maker like I have never seen before. You just push the button and pancakes rolled out onto your plate! They had lots of eggs, and of course fruit and yogurt. I thought it was a great place and the prices were reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The room looked freshely renovated, and it was very clean (and no cigarette odors)

Great hotel! Convenient parking! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. As a business owner I am always impressed to see employees go above and beyond. The staff didnt seem to allow any down time. They were always finding something to do, whether it was tidying up the breakfast area, or making sure guests had everything they needed. We traveled Nevada and California for a week, and this hotel had the friendliest staff and the best breakfast! Thank you for making us feel welcome!

What a wonderful experience! I brought my 91-year-old uncle here to visit an old friend and the two people at the front desk were phenomenal. They were professional, efficient, and so incredibly accommodating for our early arrival. Mimi actually helped me with my cell phone issues and Karon did everything possible to give us the best room for my uncle’s disabilities. Thanks for being so very kind and gracious 🤗

Despite COVID 19, our weeklong stay was very good. Here are several reasons:
"Monique" and "Mickey" at the front desk were knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. They really exemplify quality customer service.
The housekeeping staff also did a good job! Room was clean, didn't have any unpleasant odors, and the BEDS WERE AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!
The Grab n Go breakfasts were a good substitute for the unavailable hot breakfast, however coffee and cookies should be available 24/7, even if the cookies are individually wrapped.
We MOST DEFINITELY WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN!

Our rooms were very clean we have plenty of towels the staff was amazing they were really good to my family the continental breakfast that we had was really good couldn't ask for a better place to stay they did an excellent job accommodating my family

This was a nice little hotel. Clean and right off the highway. Was very quiet and comfortable. Had a huge free breakfast in the morning and a pretty big exercise room with great equipment. I would stay again

Holiday inn express is my go-to anywhere I go. Always clean, always friendly staff, free breakfast!

Got moved to room 218 from 126 due to smell of cigarette smoke and last occupants left books inside of cabinet. very nice and lots of room. If you can get a room by entrance parking lot side and 2nd fl worth it. Pool is from 3ft to 6ft great for kids. Rm 126 is small and window opens to an Alley with view of a fence.

The rooms are very clean, quite and very comfortable! The beds are very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Excellent continental breakfast and service. Will definitely stay again!
