I went to this smoke shop the other day and let me tell you, I had the best costumer service experience. The owner of the shop helped me out and he’s the nicest person you’d ever meet. The owner of this fine establishment was more than friendly and inviting. He didn't mind that we were wandering around and taking our time. He even engaged with us and made us feel welcome. We found our new go-to smoke/novelty shop <3

As I entered the shop with my Party we were greeted by the Shopkeeper, He was a kind fellow with a welcoming presence. The inside was larger than the outside which immediately told us that he was a wizard of powerful repertoire. The wares of his shop were varied and never ceased to amaze us. From soft plush familiars to merch from the world of anime. Even the smokeware is wonderful and comes at a fair price. As I left with my party we all knew we'd be coming back to this wonderful shop again.

Man I started my day rough dropping my vape into the sink full of water and I got help from Rodney at the tattoo shop cuz I couldn't seem to find anywhere to go this place was sweet the girl who helpped me A++++ she knew absolutely way more then me and was way chill when I couldn't make up my mind finally left and now 100% vaping thank to both places for being amazing!!

Always love coming here. The staff is very knowledgeable about how different Vapes work as well as the wide variety of juices. On top of the huge list they have available they will also try to customize your flavor if you would like. I constantly have a good experience when I come in here and will always go back

I went to Quality Vapes, looking for some new flavors. They are very friendly and have a nice shop. I sat at their bar for about 45 minutes trying a BUNCH of different flavors, of their in house liquid and still couldn't try them all. They have so many different styles, I'm sure anyone can find what they like. Their prices are super reasonable and they can customize liquid for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find a new tank that would work with what I had. If they don't have what you're looking for, I do believe they will get a hold of it for you. I've been back many times since, and plan to shop there for a long time. The staff is no at all pushy and make you feel as you can stay there all day.

I've been coming here for 5 years now on a regular basis and the store has transformed for the better. Rob and Tyler are always helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. You guys rock!

Stopped by to pick up some coils for my V12 Prince tank. I was surprised they actually carry mesh coils for my tank, which I haven't been able to find online. The price for the coils was better than online after shipping is calculated. Friendly service from the staff. Will definately be coming back for my coils, and maybe to try out their very large selection of e-juices.

This store is amazing great service even helped me fix the glass on my vape and made sure everything worked before I left.. I would recommend this smoke shop to anyone.. Great prices too!!

I just visited Quality Vapes for my first time. I couldn't be more pleased. Great prices, great customer service. He even opened the door for my family and I on the way out. He has a very fair return policy on devices that are purchased from his store and carries brands that I've rarely been able to find in person. For the first time, I don't have that feeling of "if this is broken, I'm stuck with it and out the money" when buying a new vape.
Also, the coils he sells are at a GREAT price.

This is a veteran owned business and I highly recommend it. The selection is great, the prices are reasonable and the staff are very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a vape rig they have all the best and they can customize the liquid to suit any taste or flavor.

At first I thought it was just a vape shop and nothing else but then I went in and it has everything. If you like anime or video games it has stuff to fit what you like. If you love art it has what you need! It also has pretty much any snack your craving. This store is a 10 in 1 and I highly recommend. :))
