Ordered a bouquet online for delivery, including a thank you note. Arrived exactly as requested next day, and bouquet looks even better than advertised online. Excellent service!

The owner is so sweet it had only been my second time there and she remembered me when I came the second time, I brought my niece to pick out flowers and she gave us them for free such a sweet woman

Yonan’s did a fantastic job for my mother’s funeral. They were prompt with delivery (even got there before it was scheduled) and their display was amazing. It was a very hard day but Yonan’s took that one piece off of my mind. Thank you for all that you did.

I was visiting from out of town and ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and had them delivered. This was the first time using Younans Floral and it won't be the last. They were delivered as requested and were absolutely beautiful , I would recommend Younans in a snap.

They did a great job on the birthday flowers I sent to a special lady for her sixty years old

Beautiful Rose bouquet!

This is the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Everyone that worked there was so rude. I showed them a video of what I wanted to get and they said that they were able to do that and then when I go to pick it up they are late by 45 minutes. I spend $80 on what I was informed would be a big bouquet, then received nothing of the sort.

This place is ridiculous. They don’t have the flowers ready for the time that was chosen and they’re rude about it because they don’t have them ready, unprofessional. After a picture was given the bouquet made still looks nothing like what was asked for. Find a different shop if you actually want your expectations met.

They have the worst customer service! I ordered a bouquet online and called the store to ensure that it will be delivered the same day. I was notified through my recipient that they have not received anything. I called Yonan’s Floral and the lady chose to fight me instead of double checking with the delivery person. She decided to hang up the phone in my face while I was talking. I spoke respectfully to her yet she chose to give me attitude and make me upset. I called back again and she said that the delivery person just told her that he hasn’t delivered yet and he’s heading there now. This is the second time they are messing up my order.
Will never deal with them again.

I ordered flowers from this shop to be delivered same day to a grieving family. I had placed the order online and called the shop to ensure my message would be sent with the flowers. Two days later I called the family and had to ask if they got the flowers. I had to send them a picture and they then found them and said the flowers arrived with no name or card. I called the shop to notify them and instead of taking responsibility they chose to fight with me and say the card was included 100%. I don’t understand how a business treats grieving people this way. I will never order from them again and hope no one else does!

I called to order a dozen roses and they wouldn't honor the price on the web site.
