The Refuge Restaurant & Lounge

This has got to be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was amazing and the food was the best I've ever had. It literally feels like fine dining inside and the wait staff is so personal and hands on with you that it makes you feel like your having a fine dining experience. Everything is beautiful down to the bowls they serve in. Our waiter was courteous, genuinely excited to show us the menu, went above and beyond. And the FOOD. Omg. The best I have ever had I cant believe this is in Yuba. Could easily be an expensive restaurant in Sacramento downtown. This is place you take people you want to impress. Cannot wait to come back

Amazing food great hospitality, excellent service by Adil warm welcoming people. Overall it’s wonderful place. Francis is fabulous chef there who prepare all amazing food there, got a chance to meet with owners couples also, very nice people. I would recommend everyone to visit and enjoy their food at The Refuge restaurant

New ownership and bomb food! Love the bar too! No weak drinks here! Some of the best Indian food in town!

I was there to DJ a wedding reception. The venue is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the food is amazing. I do wish the DJ booth area was a little bigger, but that does not detract from this great establishment.

Great Service great food a must try! Their Tikka malsala was bomb! they also have American food, burgers, steaks etc. Bullet Naan was also bomb! Will definitely be back!!!

Awesome people!! 11/02/2023. Just had lunch here with mom and the food is off the hook!! They don't have just indian food, they have American food like burgers, steaks, whatever!! Come see them!!

The owner is amazing he came out and talked to my family. He took out 3 kids back to the kitchen and shows them around. And then have them each a pack of gum when we left. The food was amazing. The appetizer came out pretty fast. The food took a little bit but it was worth the wait!

Very nice Thanksgiving Dinner. Served all the favs (well, except cranberry sauce)! All was delicious & a very nice selection of desserts at the end. Decorated for the holiday which made it festive. The owner went around greeting everyone & servers were attentive but not hovering. All in all, very nice!❤

We Just Had Our Valley Pump Christmas Party There Last Night. Ting & His Staff Did A Fantastic Job On The Setting Up Of The Room, The Dinner Was Excellent, Drinks Were Not Watered Down By No Means, Staff Did A Wonderful Job... The Party Was A Complete Success! !! We Are Already Planning Our Party For Next Year ... I Highly Recommend Using Them For You Parties Or Even Just A Night Out For Dinner...

I heard mixed things about the restaurant some good some really bad. The food is not bad at all. For the price you pay, you get your money's worth. It would have been nice to see a face when you walk-in. That was not the case for, honestly we were a little lost cause the seating area is on the right down the hall and me being a first timer it gets confusing. But don't let that stop you from going to the place. The service, our waiter Courtney was a sweet heart. She was very attentive and a BIG help.

The food, OMG are the portion massive. And honestly one cannot leave this place still hungry for more food. They give you plenty of food for your evening out. And the food is GOOD. The one thing I really liked about them is how they give you food as a whole not cut into little pieces like some restaurants do. For instance we ordered egg rolls, the egg rolls came as a whole not one egg rolls cut into two pieces like you get at chili's. The food does take it sweet time to come. So don't go alone go with someone makes the time go fast. But then again I don't want to compliant the food was good. Good food makes up for the time.

From walking into the Refuge and walking out was truly a great experience for me and my wife. I can honestly say YOU won't be disappointed. Try them and see for yourself. As for me I am most definitely will be going there again SOON.

I am always welcomed here with a Big Smile!! The owner TING always seems to be here making sure all his guests feel welcomed. The Food and Staff are Fantastic!
