Charles is a must have lawyer, I hired specifically for a Respondent to a Restraining order case and he was a star. He has the benefit of experience from time as both a DA as well as the benefits of being an officer in the field of law and now a defense attorney. He makes sure to get to know his client and all aspects of the case including backstory so he can do anything and everything possible to help you, he is a high class lawyer and for the job he does he give you an extremely fair price. I THOUGHT MY SON'S LIFE WAS OVER..until we spoke with Charles.

One day, my son made a horrible decision to do something he would regret for years to come. Luckily, no one was physically hurt, but the crime was committed and now we were scrambling.

We saw it with his interactions with our son. Tough love. Not condescending, not misleading, but tough love. But to be very clear, Charles was always on our side and he did everything he could to ensure the best outcome.

We will be eternally grateful not only for his guidance and hard work, but for his integrity and his friendship.

Charles has been my Attorney all my life and I would never think of using anyone, but him. In my younger years I was a little rambunctious and got myself into some minor issues with the law. I say minor because Charles was able to to make a situation that could have been bad into something very minor. On 3 out of the 4 times I needed his legal advise he was able to intervene quick enough that charges were never even filed. In one instance he was able to get a DUI charges reduced to a Wet and Reckless and my fines reduced to 30% of what they would have been. He is the best Criminal Defense Attorney not only because he is smart and has years of experience, but because he was a police officer and was a lawyer for the San Mateo County District Attorney's office. For that reason he knows the practices and procedures of anyone who would likely be prosecuting you.
