DR. Armani has always listened to my concerns and even went above and beyond her scope to get me the testing and help I needed to figure out what was going on with my heart.... She even did a Cardio Ablation surgery which helped with my PACS PVCS...The staff was very helpful and polite when I had hard questions. THANK YOU CENTAL VALLEY CARDIOVASCULAR MEDICAL GROUP INC.

Dr is good. The phone call volume is a pain for the office I will bet. Try to get up to speed on the tech side to manage appts etc.

My First time to this office today and I was impressed! I had been to another Cardiovascular office prior and felt like a number rather than a person. This place made me feel like a person. The reception girls were very friendly and answered all my 1st time questions. The nurse that performed my check-in and tests was very good! Explained everything in detail step by step to ensure I knew what each test was for and what the results were. Then my Dr. Oussama I. Dagher came in and we had a brief discussion on my history and my current treatment. After he reviewed my history he then began to explain some of the reasoning causing my condition. He explained what my current prescriptions were doing and what other prescriptions might benefit me more. He presented to me options and together we came up with a plan to fix/better my condition. I've never had a Dr. that was working with me before. I felt like a person and not a number! Thanks Dr. Oussama I. Dagher and the team at Central Valley Cardiovascular Medical group.

Making an appointment here was easy for my first time. The staff were great with me. Dr Dagher was super nice and listened to my needs and made a decision from there. The only thing is they sometimes don't answer on time due to being busy, and the answering system is full. Overall I was happy with my visit. Will update soon😊

Hey started on that couple months ago and I have been properly diagnosed for once in the last five years.

Been going there for about 8 years. Always treated very well. Dr. Nazari is very caring and takes time to listen.

The doctors are good, but front desk service is terrible. Wait time is at least an hour past appointment time and tests are canceled without notice.

Always have to wait an hour longer than scheduled time on front office, then another in back office. Poor scheduling and communication.

Worst administrative issues, you are dealing with heart disease. The doctors are not worth even, but central valley does not have enough doctors, other wise no one will visit them.

I had a family member go in for a first time appointment. Since the COVID mask restricted lifted they were unaware they needed a mask. No big deal. They were going to get one. However, front desk was rude when they told him to get one. They had an attitude. He came back home to get one but looked really upset of his interaction with whoever was at the front desk. This appointment was something he was looking forward to all week and necessary for his heart condition. Because of his interactions with the front desk he decided not to go back and make his appointments elsewhere. If you’re going to take a job with people and aren’t good with people don’t take it! This is how you lose paying customers.

They called and cancelled my confirmed appointment 2 days before the date. With no reason they asked me to shift my appointment later during the day. Since i had other appoinments set already they cancelled the appointment which was set up by their own office 2 month prior and i was soo much looking forward to it. They should really look into this as this is very unprofessional.

One of the most unprofessional miserable doctors I have ever encountered. Stay away from him. He treats his staff like trash and you can tell he hates his job. He has a nasty attitude with his patients and he isn't there to help. May God protect his poor patients.
