They have high reviews for a reason! This was my first experience with Nonas!
After coming off of a 12 hour shift my car decides to have a little heart attack. Mind you I don’t know anything about Turlock when it comes to mechanic shops, I’m not from this county. They were the first ones I saw on my Google search. I immediately called them and told them I’m going to be towed to them. One of the brothers was so polite asking me what happened and I just felt so safe and heard.
I arrive to the shop in my uniform, exhausted and proceed to tell them I just got out of work and have to go back that night. Mr. Nona got me in and out of his shop that same day, 3 hours to be exact (we were waiting for parts to deliver which took up most of the time). He Answered all of my questions too with visuals! As a woman it is very hard to find mechanics that take the time to make us feel safe and explain to us what is really going on. They fully have my trust and my loyalty as a customer. I’d also like to mention that age is clearly just a number because their work ethic and knowledge is better than any other mechanics, with 10+years, that I’ve been too. They’re incredible!! Thank You Nonas for taking care of me ❤

Had a great experience at Nona's. Got an appt very fast and Sarge had great communication with us about repairs. Fixed the problem pretty quick that a dealership messed up. Prices were reasonable and I will definitely be back very soon to work on my long list of needed repairs. Thank you Nona's!

Best auto repair experience I've had. My wife and I, along with our two little kiddos and dog, broke down on a road trip so, not being familiar with the area, we looked on Google Maps for a good mechanic nearby. We chose Nona's and we were so pleased to have done so. Their staff was so kind, honest and funny. They got us back on the road quickly and charged a very fair and honest price. I would highly recommend!

One of the best experiences I have ever had getting my car fixed. Super professional and kind. Gave me a great price for the diagnostic and repair and figured out everything that was wrong and fixed it in 24-48 hours. Other mechanics shops said it would be the same price or more just for the diagnostic! I highly recommend Nona's. Me and my friend will be taking our cars here from now on.

I went in to have them replace my oil sensor because my check engine light was on. They were professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done. Am happy I stopped by and talked to them.

This is the best auto repair shop in town! I trust them to work on all my vehicles. The service you receive is prompt and professional. They are like family that actually know what they are doing! This time I went in for a battery just because I know they will find the right size and the did. They ordered it and it fit perfectly. Better than the dealer because they treat you like family!

Went to Nona’s to get my oil changed and had them check my brakes due to the dash light being on. They informed me my brake fluid was low, filled it, and recommended replacing my brake pads in the very near future. Very professional and quick. Definitely taking all the family cars to Nona’s.

One of my cars appeared to have a slow leak. The team inspected all four tires, ensured they were properly inflated and check for leaks on suspect tire. No leaks found. Drove away confident in the work they did and I did not have any concerns with my tires.

Nona’s is the best car repair establishment in Turlock! Wonderful service and excellent mechanics. They always know what is needed to fix our cars and usually same day service. This is the only place we trust with our cars!

Sarge was very professional, cared about my safety and wanted to be sure the work was complete, before I took the car, so not to incure further damage to other parts of my car, or myself, because the brakes were so bad. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. He explained it all, including the cost, which was very reasonable, and why I should get it done now, which also was reasonable, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt, I would highly recommend Nona's and will continue to come back to get my car serviced there. Also, the service cost, has always come in less than the estimated cost, at the end. Thank you Sarge!
