I tried calling twice to ask for an appointment to troubleshoot my home’s dryer outlet issue and was transferred to a voicemail box to schedule a residential appointment and left detailed messages each time. No response. I’ve heard they do great work but can’t get a call back. Also I’d leave open the possibility that they can’t find workers right now in a tight labor market.

Called to book an appointment and some guy named Bruce acted like I was a massive inconvenience for asking. I'm sure they do perfectly fine work but bad service in my only experience.

This company treats their employees terribly. They are very under paid and don't provide their employees with tools to do the job. Then, when an employee has ALL their tools stolen out of their work vehicle, the company refuses to do anything about it. The only thing they care about is making money to line their own pockets. Not that their employees can't even afford to pay for their basic needs.
