Turlock Utility Bills

I dislike being called "a delinquent" only because the City of Turlock Finance Office is not able to get the bill to me in a timely manner.

They blame me for my bill not going thru when it's the 3rd party billing company that is messing things up. This is my 2nd time in less than 6 months when I have to go back into the office an dispute another $25 charge to my bill due to a bad check when everything is routed thru my banking account...

I have 2" pipes under my house this causes my bill to start at over $120, not even counting my actual usage. The City of Turlock Water dept deem my home to be a business based on the size of the pipes and charge me as thus despite being a small singe family home.
There are no discounts and during this time of Covid and layoffs they still threaten to disconnect and charge extremely high late fees. I guess water is not deemed a necessary right now.
