Purchased our little trailer from them and we have had lots of problems from poor quality of the manufacturer. ET Quality ended up doing a lot of repair work on our trailer and everything they did was better than original. They also did a good job setting up our car for towing the trailer. I would definitely buy from ET Quality again but would never buy a trailer made by Forest River.

Small place, but great service and prices. They beat all bay area dealers on geo pros. Dealer hid nothing, was up front and did not push heavy on items or services I did not want. Contract was explained in detail and financing there was great.

My wife and I ordered our first travel trailer on February 15. Thomas was very helpful and made our purchase very easy. I talked to him multiple times by phone and text. He always got right back to us with the information I needed.

ET and his staff (Norville, especially) provided me with exceptional customer service without all the pressure sales tactics often used by other businesses.
I got a very good deal on my trade and was more than happy with the negotiated price of the trailer. I have been looking for over 4 months in Sacramento, Manteca, Reno (etc) and ET Quality RV was the best price with more options included than any of the competition.

Thomas was very patient with me as I went through every RV on the lot for 3 solid days trying to find the best fit for our family before deciding the signature by Rockwood was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the sales team or the walk through we received. We will be using the service department next week adding on a camera and 2nd AC unit. We plan on making many happy memories with our trailer

I called about a really nice older trailer. It was beautiful, but just too long for where we needed it put. Not their fault at all. Lol I had tons of questions and Isaac was super helpful. He didn't keep me hanging on the phone, and called right back with answers. He said he'd help with parts I may need, even if I can't get a trailer from them. That's what I call customer service! Thank you Isaac! :)

We picked up our Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S from E.T. Quality RV in May. Previously, we had a tent trailer for 20 years that served our family well. So far, we have spent 23 nights in the trailer. It has been wonderful! The total purchasing process was amazing thanks to Melina! From the start, I could tell that Melina was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very personable. I spoke to several RV sales people by the time I spoke with Melina. By far, she was the most knowledgeable in “all things RV” – especially Rockwood travel trailers! Melina was trained by her father, E.T., to be an expert in the product, as well as customer service. She gets an “A” in my book! In addition to being a student of RV sales and service, Melina is an experience RV user which provides her with additional credibility over most RV sales persons who never spent a night in an RV. The grand finale of the sales experience was Melina negotiating our interest rate with competing banks! Using our excellent credit and her superb negotiating skills, she got us a quarter percent lower than any advertised rate! This was an unexpected bonus!

In regards to the purchase price of my 2104S, E.T. Quality RV quoted the lowest price in California! Thank goodness they are located one hour from me! I intend on taking my trailer in for some warranty work on a few items very soon. However, I can attest to the quality of customer service based on the support I received on the road. I had a few questions during my 23 nights out this summer and had them answered quickly by Melina and the service department immediately! This assistance proved to be a life saver while on the road!

If my wife and I ever decide to move up to the 2500 series of Mini Lite, we will be calling Melina at E.T. Quality RV. It will be the only call we need to make!
