First time here and it was a treat! If you haven't been be sure to check the hours before dropping in. Everything was pretty solid.

Everything they serve is top quality from the Smoked Meats to the Side Dishes. Vic has concentrated on quality and quantity which is extremely rare these days. His staff is friendly, helpful and top notch over all. They care about how they represent their Brand.
Vic is a humble guy who loves what he does and he doesn't skimp on quality, you'll get a high quality grade of meat and the sides are equally as good as the main menu items they serve, which is also rare these days.
I almost forgot, what's BBQ without an excellent sauce? Well it's unfinished business in my opinion. Vic's BBQ sauce compliments his BBQ very well, it's a fantastic match up.
You get what you pay for and then some.
I've tried many on the Smoked Meat BBQ places sourounding Stanislaus County and beyond. Vic's is a treasure to our area, seriously!

Everyone was super friendly. I had the brisket sandwich and my daughter had brisket meal. With Mac n cheese. Everything was great. Some of the most tender brisket I’ve ever had. Sides were good, and BBQ sauce is on point.

Wonderful food, great service & they even gave our Frenchie his own little cup with some cuts of meat! We'll definitely be back 😋

First time at big vics. Wow more than met my expectations! We got the brisket, pulled pork, tri tip, and pork ribs. All were really good but to me, the brisket stole the show. Good smoke ring, seasoned well, coupled with the bbq sauce-wow! It took me a couple bites to decide if i liked the mac n cheese. It wasnt the usual american cheese / cheddar cheese glop. After a couple bites i realised i was really enjoying the unique taste. Like everything else in this place, the beans were unique as well. The onions still had a little crunch left in them, not being cooked away to softness. The beans had a little kick in them and were at the very upper end of what i prefer, but i dont care for much heat. Best bbq ive had in a very long time. I cant wait to try them again.

Excellent BBQ I had the Tri Tip and the Aztec chicken plus the Sausage , the potato salad is a Must unique only to this establishment . The service was friendly and inviting , I also enjoyed the outdoor patio there where plenty of tables and shade it really is a nice setting . We will definitely be going back in the near future , We parked on a side street but there is parking in the back

Relatively new and just what we needed! Simple and so very good. You have to give it a try. There is outside seating or takeout. The house sauce is awesome. I had the tri tip sandwich. Perfectly cooked and tender. Yum!!! You won't regret it.

Best smoked brisket! It was Thanksgiving dinner to talk about! Thankyou vics bbq will definitely look forward to xmas!! Dont forget about the best peach cobbler didn't have time to take a picture before it was gone!!!

This is by far the best barbecue restaurant in the Central Valley and competes with some of the best nationwide. The brisket is a must try and the sandwiches have a perfect balance of great smoked meat and a wonderful tangy bbq sauce. I would highly recommend taking the time to checkout this fantastic family run business.

Hands down the best BBQ in Turlock. The quality and portions are incredible! The aroma of BBQ when you pull up will put a smile on your face and increase the hunger level! If you have not been here, what is wrong with you? Get in your car and get there ASAP! I will be back for sure!

First time here. I had the brisket sandwich, brisket beans and banana pudding for dessert. The service was fast and friendly. The food was wonderful. The brisket was so tender and easy to eat, with lots of flavor. The beans...I could just get a large side of them and be happy. Nice pieces of brisket in them. The desert was good too. I usually get pictures but the food looked so good I was halfway done before I remembered. Definitely worth checking out. They mostly have outdoor seating but it's well shaded and they also have misters. I can't wait to go back and try the pulled pork.

Big Vic’s BBQ is my favorite barbeque restaurant in Turlock. Excellent food! Quick Service. Friendly staff.

It’s always a good sign when a meat counter is out of meat (mostly at least), I got in about an hour before close and saw happy customers, a friendly group of folks working, and obvious regulars waiting in anticipation for whatever was left. I ordered two pounds of brisket to take home and was very pleased with the product. I’m only in the area a few days a week, but am really happy to have a spot that understands how bbq should work.

I recommended this place:
The taste was an 9/10, which is very high for me since I've been a cook and restaurant owner in multiple countries, but!!! also I traveled with the food for about 30 and probably didn't get to eat for an hour, so it had been sitting.
The cheese bread is prepped for you to heat up on take out orders.
The beans were surprisingly excellent, the sausage was excellent too. The price probably doesn't fit the city and location, but that's just unwarranted advice lol. I'm not being cheap, as I will gladly pay for an $80 steak any day.

Absolutely delicious! The BEST BBQ I've had in such a long time. The pulled pork is so tender and juicy, the tangy BBQ sauce just took it to whole new level. My favorite side is mac and cheese, the these guys knocked it out of the park. Best food I've had in Turlock in a very long time.

Big Vic’s is AWESOME!! You can go wrong with anything they serve there. The smash burgers are addicting as is the brisket and pulled pork he serves. The menu is always changing but he has some staples. I don’t give out many 5 stars, and this one is well deserved.

Vic provides everything you want in a caterer at a reasonable price. He also delivers dynamite food. I have used his services personally and for work about half a dozen times. I recommend their services to everyone who is looking for a caterer. Wonderful guy, excellent food, good service. I greatly appreciate his expertise and customer service. 10/10
