Had to get a necklace fixed with the lifetime protection plan, bought the jewelry online, the Cashier in the store was very helpful with getting the right information needed to get my jewelry sent out to be fixed, I only had proof of purchase I didn't have the right email for the protection plan but she was able to call and figure out what info was missing.

So fun to be at the mall! Living in the country, this was a big outing and I enjoyed my visit. Some things you can count on! Penneys was clean, friendly, well stocked, and I met new friends in line. Yea! A rolling economy!

I went to the salon to get my hair colored.. Angie was amazing, very detailed oriented, I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Wonderful experience at this store today, had an associate assist me with finding the perfect fitting shirt, and a very nice tie to go with it. Awesome store, awesome employees, always a great experience.

I have always loved JC Penny's. Its like a step up the ladder lol! Their quality of clothing isn't cheap. I do wish they would expand their plus sizes. And incorporate the plus size department with the regular sized clothes. It's bad enough we are plus sized then to be singled out way on the other side of the store lol! This is construction criticism. I'm nothing negative. I love how the put Sephora in the store! I found a very stylish cardigan for 14.99! They had a great sale on their dresses also! Great store. The cashier was nice. Although he kept pressuring me to apply for a credit card. After the 4th time asking I told him I was unemployed right now. Then he stopped! He must get commission or a bonus on how many ppl he gets to apply! He sure tried hard tho. Have a Merry Christmas

I love shopping and going to the Salon at JCPenny. Cherry and Chelsey are wonderful. They both should be honor.

Not only do I love JCPenney, I also love the people that work there. They're very nice and helpful, and I especially want to thank Paula, Harold and Gabe for helping me with my Black Friday shopping experience!! Also, a big shout out to Ms. Em, because she made sure people in line are well entertained by asking trivia questions.

Last night my sister and i thought we browse and see if anything was worth getting. We found some addidas sweaters and decided to purchase them, As we went to check out with cashier "LIDIA"
Who was extremely professional and very friendly! She unfortunately didnt have the authorization to adjust prices on the sweaters since they were on special we had to wait for a manager to come and adjust it for us. 5 minutes passed A manager arrives and adjusted the price , but for not the right amount "Lidia" acknowledges the price wasnt correct and was confused and tries contacting a manager again however she just went to lunch so we had to wait a little longer. as my sister and i waited for about 15-20 minutes another young lady name "EMILY" arrived and noticed we were waiting for so long and took action and decide find someone who can help us she took about 5 minutes to find someone (We both appreciate her help!) She then tried to give us a coupon for the long wait and inconvenience but didnt have any at the time but was very considerate
My experience at this place was great mainly cause the two employees were friendly,courteous and professional. Personally i think employees should be like this are rare and hard to find. I hope JCPenny takes great care of them both! -Sincerely Satisfied Customer

Clean & organized store. Employees are friendly with happy smiles. Employees that I was near me, ask if I needed assistance. This store is outstanding with a customer oriented relationship.

My husband and I went in yesterday (Sunday 9th) to buy some luggage, it wasn't available in store so Nataly helped us order the one we wanted online. There was a price discrepancy so after taking my husband to check the price, she adjusted it for us. The store was very busy and the system was having some difficulties with applying other discounts for us and poor Nataly needed a little assistance so another lovely associate, Jenny came to help and between the two of them we got exactly what we wanted. Two very professional ladies who kept their cool under pressure with a system which didn't want to play ball for a minute and a very busy store. Well done ladies.

Jessica was extremely helpful and even did a mini makeover on me... she is only back for the Christmas season but she is a little gem. Also love Sol she is the sweetest.. All. The girls that I have been helped but are very attentive.

We recently went and tried on engagement rings. We were able to afford engagement and wedding rings for both of us. I am a new fan of JCPenneys!

I love shopping at JC Penneys. I have always been a loyal customer. I cam always find a great deal here. I bought two pair of tennis shoes and they were a better price than famous footwear. I hope that people read this post because Penneys needs your support to stay open.

Hate the new hours that JCP has during the covid19 pandemic. They close at 7 pm but this week they had Levi's on sale for 30% off which is a good percentage off since they are not on sale often. Hopefully the expand their hours later in the year and that they stay in business since they have filed for bankruptcy recently.

Was able to pick up some bare minerals for my love. Got double the size for $45. Price and size is only available close to Christmas time.

Love the staff in men's Dept. Young man very helpful. Clearance rack is great. I forget To go there, and I find so many good deals. 3 boys.. thank you
