Me and my husband have purchased our engagement rings/wedding bands here and we love them. My husband had shopped around a bit for my engagement ring and really did not like the way he was treated at the other jewelers, he loved the family environment at Vail Creek, they made him comfortable and at home and gave him the time and support to customize something beautiful for me. We will continue to go here for all of our jewelry needs and recommend everyone their way!

We purchased our wedding rings here and since then we have purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelry, including earrings made to match an heirloom necklace I had purchased there during their estate jewelry sale. The staff is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. This is the only jewelry store that we purchase from.

I wanted some rose gold diamond earrings for my wife’s 70th birthday. They weren’t in stock at the time but Don and the people at Vail Creek went out of their way to get them from the wholesaler and shipped to me in time for her birthday. Took a piece of jewelry to have more diamonds added, used stones from my own jewelry and they created a beautiful new piece and the price was very reasonable. Trusted them with a family heirloom ring to make Larger, brought in a ring that would be melted down to help towards the cost. The job was done in less than a week and the end result was very nice. Amazing staff, I had a wedding ring that I had for 40 years. I broke my ring by accident, they were able to repair my ring. They noticed my ring was very thin and it was going to happen again, so I purchased a new one. My new ring looks and feels really good, thanks for everything.

My mom recently passed away and I took in her charm bracelet from the 60's to have it cleaned and a clasp put on it. It turned out beautifully

I took my wedding ring to Vail’s Jewelry store because one of sapphires fell out and needed to be replaced. Was told that it would be ready in about 2 weeks. Too my surprise 2 days later I got a call saying it was ready for pickup. Price was right, and I was very pleased with the new sapphire, it matched the other 2 perfectly.

I knocked the stone out of my tension setting wedding ring. After my husband got the ring off my finger it was misshapen and damaged. I thought it was ruined. Don looked it over and was confident he could repair it.
And.....I got it back and can't stop looking at it. It is perfect, looks better than new!!
