Honestly the best group of people. Warm hearts, extremely professional and they do fantastic work, and I get excited to go to the dentist. If you don't see them, you're missing out! I recommend to everyone I love.

I can't say enough to compliment and recommend the crew at Colby Pacific Dental. April answered my call and helped me with appointments, dental records, insurance questions. Darcy was so great when I had my exam - listened and asked great questions, and made me feel unbelievably at home. I never expected to find this at a dentist office, but I'm so glad I have! And last, but most gratifying, Dr. Heather was top-quality. Highly knowledgeable and informative, gentle touch, very thorough, took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. I left my appointment feeling like I have the absolute best dental care team, along with over-and-above customer care. Highly highly recommend.

Every single person I came across in this office was kind and accommodating. I felt like a superstar the moment I walked in, and that feeling lasted the entire appointment. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Zamos, and we found out we're both from Ohio. (O-H!) He was so knowledgeable and was able to explain his thought process to me in a way that I could understand, and did so with respect.
As long as I'm in Everett, Colby Pacific Family Dentistry will be my dentist.

From the moment I walked in to smiles and laughter and thru the initial exam; everyone was so kind, gentle & professional. My dentist of over 30 years had retired so I was nervous going to someone new. Dr. Eggenberger & Jill were fantastic. Definitely made my day. On my way out Candy again made me laugh. So refreshing to see people who really enjoy their jobs.

Very friendly family dentist. There are 2 doctors that work here that truly care about you and your family! The hygienist and the dental assistants do an amazing job to take care of you.

I had a great experience. I saw my previous beloved dentist for over 40 years, starting about 2d grade. Since his retirement around 2015, I have been “dating” dentists about every 18-24 months. None of the new offices left me with the same sense of easygoing competence, confidence, and compassion that was present in my prior dentists practice. Dr. Heather’s office and staff have a very similar atmosphere to the one I used to enjoy, and I am so happy to have found them.

Dr. Heather is very gentle and got me through a couple of procedures that I was very worried about, with no pain, and did really good work—better than the specialist I had been seeing. She also listens and takes the time to answer all your questions. I am very glad my family found her. Front desk staff is also friendly and organized.

From reception to the hygienists & dentists, everyone here are exceptionally friendly & put you at ease during your visit. I’ve been going here for a few years now since moving to the area & will continue to do so, due to the great care & service that’s been provided to me.

Dr. Heather and her team are kind, caring and genuinely interested in your overall health. After reviewing my history and asking questions, I was given a referral to a specialist outside of dentistry and they even recommended supplements for my migraines. They also got me in pretty quickly and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve probably ever felt at the dentist.

Awesome staff! My son needed a root canal ASAP and the staff was able to get him in and taken care of on the same day by calling endodontists in the area. Excellent team!!

Every aspect was miles above any other dental office I’ve ever been to, including the front desk manager, hygienist, and the consultation with the dentist herself. I am so pleased with the level of professionalism and warmth by all staff. It’s clear that everyone is experienced and sharp, and happy to be there! Dr. Heather was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. I feel like I can instantly trust that I am in good hands, and that’s saying a lot for me!

We love Colby Pacific Family Dentistry! They care about your experience and history with dentists and are very cautious to ensure they take an approach that makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I've always had a great experience with Dr. Heather and Dr. Zamos at CPFD. Very thorough with their explanations of my dental health/hygiene and great to work with. Candy and April in the front office are very helpful, sweet, and make things incredibly easy and comfortable for their clients. Had a great experience with them today talking through dental implant procedures and insurance coverage, which we all know is never fun. Super insightful and could help me save on a lot of out of pocket expenses down the road. Thank you for the advice and great insight!

I had a very bad experience with dentist in Seattle. My wife advised me to go her dentist, Dr. Heather. I was surprised with the whole deal; Super skilled dentist, very honest advises, very skilled and caring dentist assistant, very helpful front office (specially Candy, I loved how she cares about my wife health and she always asks me about her), finally but not least, the crazy funny dental hygienist . :) .. She gives needles as professional as a doctor .. :)

Dr.Heather and her staff are amazing. I had an emergency dental situation and I could not tell you how much I appreciate her. Not only does she tend to emergency calls on her day off, all the staff greets you by your first name when you get to the office. It’s such a personable experience and by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. 10/10 would recommend switching to Colby Pacific Family Dentistry!

Never been to the dentist before they were a great help and extremely accommodating for me. They helped me schedule follow up and set up everything with my insurance company very easily.

Had a wonderful experience. Dr. Heather was very thorough during her exam and explained very well my treatment needs. Her staff is fun, professional and most of all they want to make sure your comfortable. They were also able to fit me in for a cleaning which was wonderful. If you want a dentist who cares about her patients and staff that work hard to provide the best care possible, this is the place to go.

Krista is a wonderful dental hygienist! The whole staff is very professional and they go out of their way to help you, whether it is scheduling or insurance questions. They don’t charge you for needless procedures and are very honest. A+
