Rachel did an amazing job on my hair! She is very nice and really wants you to have a relaxing experience. The facility is gorgeous! My favorite part was the shampoo, I got chills (if you know you know).

Hollie is amazing! So grateful to know such a talented professional such as herself. Hollie has been working her magic on my hair for 3 years now and I've loved the results every single time. We went cool platinum blonde for a long time, then recently we decided to switch it up and she brought in some lowlights to blend with my natural hair color for a little change. Her creativity and professional opinion is worth more than words can say. When you find a good hair stylist that works with you, you keep them for life! She's truly gifted, I am beyond thankful. This whole salon uses good quality products only, the best stuff I've ever used on my sensitive skin. Huge bonus! If I could give more stars I would!

Lori Davis is amazing! Best cut I’ve had in a very long time. She listened to what I wanted, took her time and gave me a fantastic cut. Salon is brand new and adorable. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful salon that is full of talent. Rachel is my stylist, and she is the best I've seen since moving to Stanwood. Rachel took the time to listen to me and really get to know my hair. The salon is clean and everyone is so friendly. They are always fully booked, so keep that in mind when making your appointment.

Kirsten is simply amazing. She truly listens to what cut or color I am looking for and makes suggestions, explaining what is achievable. I cannot recommend her enough.

The team at Identity literally SAVED me! I had a totally botched hair coloring done in Seattle and Rachel got me in the next day. Not only did they fix my hair, but Rachel gave me the best color I have ever had in my life. They were all so friendly and professional. Rachel is a true colorist and the best of the best. A huge thanks to the team at Identity for taking such good care of me at a price that didn't break the bank!

I will never go to anyone else ever again! Rachel is amazing. Even when I come to her with a very vague idea of what I want she makes it look 10 times better than what I had pictured.

I received a full foil from Shauna and I must say she did an amazing job!! Definitely could not be more pleased with how it turned out! She is super kind and personable, and with the cleaning measures and safety measures they had in place I felt very comfortable going during this time. Huge shout out! Will be coming back for a touch up! Highly recommend!

I had Angee and she was magnificent, she was funny and listened to what I wanted. If I had the money she would've gotten a bigger tip. I love my hair, I feel so much better. Thank you!! They're also very good about being clean and social distancing. Overall 10/10 service.

Kirsten Mendes at Identity was recommended to me by my hairstylist of 6 years that was moving away. I have now had her as my stylist for a couple years. I really appreciate that she is completely open to hear my thoughts on trying something, build off of the idea and ultimately provide a high quality cut every time. I never feel like I might get a bad cut from Kirsten because she is having an "off day" which has happened when trying others. Kirsten is professionally personal and does a great job of treating and knowing me as an individual without it feeling like I have a chatty Kathy cutting my hair. No offend to the Kathies of the world! Highly recommend.

Lacey rocks. We are a thick-haired fam, who's hair typically shows EVERY scissor line... Not a problem for Lacey, for my oldest 15yo son. I had to find a new stylist this summer because my previous highly trained stylist moved from Mt. Vernon to Edmonds . I am 75 and have fine blond hair. Laurie at Identity Salon has been a blessing. I am picky but not very fashionable about how I want my hair styled for easy maintenance. Laurie listened carefully and created a flattering solution.

Changing my old rating because of how sweet and kind the owner was to fix my hair and help me out after someone else messed it up. || Usually the best place to go in stanwood. But for a girl rocking a really short undercut I've had too many instances now of them not doing a good enough job that I need to lower the stars I give them. I felt embarrassed leaving with the haircut I got but I was too nervous to say anything. If you have shoulder length or longer this is a really great place to go, they're all very nice and offer to help as soon as you come in when they're not busy.

Love this place. Even though I live in Puyallup I have gone to hair stylist Laurie for years. Her prices have pretty stayed the same over years. She'll do everything possible to squeeze me in when I'm in town. Love this salon.
