Love the printing staff here. They are incredibly talented, knowledgeable and quick. Everything is perfect, every time and they recognize me when I come in.

I needed some documents printed. The process was pretty straight forward and immediate. The nice young man who helped was pretty busy, but still so helpful!
They also had small packs of envelopes so I didn't have to buy a big pack.

I had some large posters printed and they were amazing. The color quality was top-notch. I'm a graphic designer so I'm picky. Their price was very reasonable!! I will definitely use them again for printing projects. The staff was really fun and cheerful too.

Anyplace that has a price match garentee and sells airpods is my kinda place. Especially recommend for those avoiding throwing more money at places like Walmart but still not trying to be bled dry by price-hikes

The customer service here is always consistent and excellent. I had two people help me get a passport photo in a rush. Another company had given me an awful photo that the Clerk wouldn't accept and I had half an hour to get another or lose my appointment. Staples really came through for me!!!

Their customer service experts are worth mentioning! A rep came up TO ME to assist with my purchase and walked me directly to the section I needed! Not like other stores in the same mall where the reps get a look of fear in their eyes when you make eye contact and look like they want to duck out around the corner!
Have to add, the cashier was above and beyond explaining the rewards program. I will go back!!

I have been going into Staples in Sonora for years but have never written a review for them. I just want to say that they give you the small town warm and fuzzy feel by the way they take such good care of you! Aaron in the print department is amazing! He can take care of three or four folks at the same time and get you all out of there in a heartbeat with a big smile on your face! I have to have work done all the time and this guy gets it! Thanks Aaron! Thanks to Maria in your department too! You guys and gals are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience i went in to get some ink for my printer and some for my calculator. Michael was very knowledgeable on it and helped me because i can never find anything in a store . I actually hate shopping and impatient and i would leave if i dont get help when i need something. I just want to tell you how much he helped i even got other things that i needed and probably would not have purchased them. So thanks for hiring him. Barbara kearney
